    OMG!!!!!! I made this. WTF stupid good. She is the only TH-cam channel that gives the game away. Watch her videos and you can actually make this stuff. The best ekhmek I ever had. I spent 3 months trying to learn how to make Japanese pancakes because no TH-camr can actually show it right. I never made ekhmek before and it was great success.

    If I make it two days ahead for guests, should I put the whipped cream layer two days ahead as well or the day of the event?

    Dear Dimitra - thank you for sharing this fabulous recipe. Here in Costa Rica I can find only phyllo sheets pastry. Would I be able to put it into food processor to simulate kataifi? Or do you have any suggestions..?

    I have to say that I've noticed that several Greek recipes over lap with Arabic ones. This is also an arabic dish. Can you use rosewater or orange blossom water for this as well? what goes best?

    Do you ever use chicken broth to cook the dolmades?

    • @sonyk8009
      @sonyk8009 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could but I wouldn't advise that. Tastes better with just water as the vegetables will release their own delicious flavour 😊
