Margo took a cue from Emmy Lou and is aging gracefully and is as beautiful and real as ever. I hope I get one more chance in my life to see her and her family perform live one more time.
Margo: Her flowers, her high chair, her singing, her gray hair, her meeting fans after every show. She's the Best. Look forward to seeing CJ at the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA end of the month. She must have sung this song a million times; she makes it sound like the first time. Love the new album.
Her voice always makes me feel like I miss something or someone. As a teenager I fell in love with this band. I stumbled upon River Waltz today. I hadn't heard it in years. I cried like 14 year old me did the first time I heard it. You don't just listen to this band you feel it.
I love Margo's story. I'd love to hear it again about how she came to join her brother(s) at a young age. I've always loved the simplicity of her singing. I wish we could click on something beyond "Like"!
j'avais eu le plaisir d'assister à un concert il y a plus de 30 ans. Les roses étaient déjà là. La classe. La voix de Madame n'a pour ainsi dire pas varié. Elle touche mon âme. Bravo à Madame et au groupe.
Don't know why but I just started thinking about one of my favorite bands of all time. i started buying all their albums in the late 1980s. Margo Timmings is one of the great female vocalists of the modern era. She is so darn sexy it's scary.
Cowboy JUnkies _AND_ Skydiggers (even if just Andy and Jessy) on the same stage?!? My 90s folk rock dream. I'm hanging my head in shame for missing this.
When I first saw this band, a bunch of unemployed actors were doing a play called “White Trash Blue Eyes” just upstairs at the same bar in Toronto. I think it won that year for best productions at the something awards in Toronto. Danny Macivor and gang. Fun and funny. Ya Baby.
It took me a while to figure out what my ex tried telling me with this song until I had a moment of clarity, I was in denial because addiction is a powerful thing

We saw them twice. They were touring to promote Trinity Sessions at the old Center Stage in Atlanta.Their version ofSweet Jane was the draw. This song was a fantastic. They greeted the audience at the door as we left. The show was too dull for me. We went back to see them promoting the Caution Horses at the Buckhead theatre. They had added the electric guitar and it was a much better show. Prior to the show, walked over to a BBQ restaurant. They were also there and introduced themselves.

Cowboy Junkies, I'll love you till I'm dead.
Her voice, the incredible band, we are blessed to hear them
Margo still has the voice of an angel.

She signed a disc set in Chicago. She asked to who? I replied, Misguided Angel! I told her thier music carried through some tough times.
Her voice is my whole childhood. My lullabies and the songs in the car. So soothing and beautiful. 🖤🖤
Margo looks great with her hair like this. Not to mention how her voice is still as good as ever.

A perfect description. It is not just listening but feeling. And now, I need to hear River Waltz.
I love the Cowboy Junkies, especially when they play this slow blues type of music. Just exquisite.
as long as there are people like the timmins siblings and their friends, not everything is lost
You mean the city of Timmins?
@@adamrmoloci6311: There are 3 siblings who make up the Cowboy Junkies - their last name is Timmons.
I first saw the CJ’s on Johnny Carson’s show & that’s one helluva long time ago!! Loved them ever since. “Tuesday Morning” is one of my faves!
Brother you couldn't be anymore right
Very Grateful and Thankful for sharing your Beautiful music with us

Now this is the song you hope and pray your daughter never sings. Mine haven't, but they know plenty who do.
Classic & timeless =]
Very nice they are back. And Margo's voice, singing and unique presence on stage remains always superb ! As well as the band !
A wonderful calming effect Margo’s voice has...
Oh to see them in Toronto, of all places.
Margo, Has flowers in her voice. Misguided Angel

Another great performance from the Cowboy Junkies. So inspirational to all of us.
Brings back so many memories of a period of great calm in my fairly crazy life

Happy 30th anniversary to this song... Ah man, such good memories hearing it for the first time so long ago.

Damn this is country rock
Very good music... From France.
Love 🎵👌👏👏👏👏👏
I am so excited.. I have tickets to experience my first CJ concert this October.
Hermosa cancion.
you do good work as a unit.
I love Margo and I have for many years
that was awesome
Pezzo bellissimo
Man, the last time I saw the CJs live Margo didn't have grey hair. Time flies. :/
You're a lucky. I never saw the CJ and, I think, they never will go to Brazil!
David Chapman: She's still beautiful -- AND, more-importantly, still a great vocalist!
Just like a fine wine.
Reginaldo Andrade I
Jeff Bird...the secret weapon.
What a pro.
Linda canção maravilhosos
Dang!
Always a beautiful song. Back up singers made it better
It took me a while to figure out what my ex tried telling me with this song until I had a moment of clarity, I was in denial because addiction is a powerful thing
Hey guys, when are you coming to Portugal? Pleeeaassssssseeeeee
Margo...
Hope this is a snippet of a future full release?
Rebecca Cohen would be a great venue for them
All of those things...
for all of those things
I can't remember anyway
remember this
,
I could never get down there
down there to you on time
I couldn't make you're loving date
now it's been someone else's to take
for those things I'll never shake
it was mostly all my doing
and I guess, it'll have to be
just fine
if I had another road to take
I might as well have
though, none guarantee
the same game wouldn't just play
I still can't remember a time
when I didn't give the best,
of what was just mine, no,
seems it was always the best of mine
for all of those things I can't remember
I'd say most everything has come out
well, just fine
wouldn't you say
perhaps it wasn't only me
who was running late?
You now say, you can't remember
,
none of those things
oh well,
for all of those things
it's Ok,
they're mostly mine
anyway.

Who're the couple? Just a back vocals?
I know it is a long time ago, but I think the man is the lead singer from the Skydiggers
Andy Maize and Jessy Bell Smith... of the Skydiggers.... another in a long list of great Canadian bands
jesus christ
Her voice hasn't chnaged! Still clear and smooth.
Yep - the only think that has changed is that she is more beautiful.
Lovely
