For me this video was brilliant. I have trained in excess of 20 years in a style of martial arts where I didn't wear a GI. I recently started to wear one and despite being shown on a few occasions I simply couldn't get this my thick skull. Anyways I must have watched this video countless times last night and finally it proved that like everything in life whether martial arts or not, repetition is the key. So happy to go to class this morning and auto-pilot kicked in. I just tied my belt. So happy. Thanks for the assist this video was invaluable.
