Thoughts after first 10 minutes. I watched it in theatre, i did not know it was average at box office. At that time i was kinda tracking mivies based on directors, loke bommarillu is made by bhaskar, parugu or orange is his movie, ok noted like that. Parugu is extremely well planned screenplay comedy and feels movie. I was entirely sided with AA at that time, like these parents don't understand our love etc like that, but now that I'm 33, I kinda see the world from the girl's parents and relatives POV. I like this shift of thoughts in me. The most heart breaking scene for me was the confrontation scene between elder daughter and prakash rai in the middle of road. At that age, i completely what she understood what she said but the end also has a point, it balances the tug of war of decisions between parents and kids. The parents made the good and tight decisions all our life, sometimes kids need to feel included and let them make their choices like that. But kids also realise the thought process behind arrange marriage and why they don't trust love marriages. I need to watch this again to write on it, i hope i do.
I m loving you podcasts Chitra Aalochana I have a small request from my side I just watched A film by Aravind, 13 B,Arundhati,Chandramukhi these were my childhood films which made me keep at seat edge thrillers and i still get goosebumps till date. I know you have covered 13 B amd Chandramukhi in your earlier podcasts but eagerly wanting you to talk about this mystery, thriller, horror genre films from our early 2000's to 2023. That will be more interesting to know your perception on these genre films while growing up. Recently with Kshanam,Goodachaari,Evaru,Virupaksha and Masooda felt really interesting. Excited for these kind of podcasts and your favorite mystery, thriller films back from 2000 to 2023.
Hey guys, Regd the mass songs 14:51, Even the director didn't liked for the 2nd half. He also mentioned it was forced decision by team in this interview (23rd min th-cam.com/video/Bfkr23KhkIw/w-d-xo.html) Also I don't think this movie is average it was hit at that time and did 100days too in few centres.
Parugu movie negative talk tho start ayi Positive ga turn ayi finally hit ayindhi.Which I think rarely happens at that time.Orange laga Parugu flop ayitha kaledhu
Aarojulo ee film release ainapudu gossips enti ante, adhe time lo chiru daughter lechipoyindi, allu Aravind purposely amailaki oka lesson teach cheyalani ee cinema teesaru
I think AA has more comfort/easy watch movies in his filmography ( Re-watchability factor ekkuva unna movies ) ... Aarya, happy, parugu, julayi, Race gurram, son of satyamurthy and Avpl ... I also believe that these movies made him popular in other states as well through satellite ... What do you guys think about this ? I found his filmography to be very interesting to analyse ... You can argue that they are all mid/ above average movies ... But I think it's international
Parugu is a gem of film. First time it shows the consequences of a love

The type of conflict film deals with don't you think it is more about caste and less about money and responsibility, hence no discourse
