I'd want to paint one of these, but the set is commanding outrageous prices (heck, even individual models are crazy expensive!) on eBay, so that's falling under "Not bloody likely," as of now. I really like how you simultaneously stuck to the original colors and gave it your own spin as well--I've watched a few videos of people painting this one model and I like how everybody brings a little something different to their take on it. I certainly would. I especially liked the fur and am stealing the idea of using a bright yellow underneath a dark brown wash for texture and detail from you! Good show, Miss Stephanie!
Ahh yes everything that happened with Cursed City put a bad taste in my mouth. Originally I planned on making about 5-6 cursed city villain videos but with the way it all happened I decided to move on to other projects. Thank you for the feedback! This guy was my favorite from the set, I think :)
That looks great. I used your tip of basecoating brown for gold and it worked amazingly, much better than I was anticipating it would. I guess now I'll have to use the sponging technique you've demonstrated here to blend out colours, that looks pretty nifty.
Around the 3:00 mark, your 'muddling' I think some others call 'feathering' :) if it's not just covered under the ol' wet-blending umbrella, anyway. Found your channel a couple of days ago; love it. Hope to see more!
Looks fantastic. I'm in the middle of base coating all of mine, got half way and had to stop because my compressor overheated. There's a lot of models in this kit. But this is one I'm really looking forward to.
I love the fact that so many new painters on the scene are family people
Right! It’s great

Hi Stephanie would you like to paint some warlord games miniatures?
