Her rudeness is probably due to not having a mom and to teach her manners and no dad to give her a feeling of security. But she’s been in a committed relationship for long enough makes me wonder about her fiancé. Is he too permissive?
The dress she picked was gorgeous. They all were gorgeous, but that one did suit her the best. I felt bad for the sellers. You are so bonded to your dress, and it would be hard to not take it personally. She should have had it shortened a bit, there was too much pooling
If you are rude , no one willbargin with you. If you are nice & kind & tell the former bride how amazing the dress is I have seen where the bride wanted to give it away.
She wanted a certain designer for a rock bottom price. It’s something like A 3 kt. Diamond ring for a 1/4 kt . Price . Don’t disrespect the seller & embarrass yourself on tv.
I don't think she's horrible. I think compared to most people, she's probably had a world of shit and a lot of unkindness thrown her way and having to survive on your own without a support system toughens you up and leaves no room for bullshit in how you act or feel. She puts out a very tough and crude front so no one will take advantage of her but I think she has a soft heart that only people who deserve it see. The people who say it doesn't matter if... Blah blah.. Unless you've been in a situation where you've got to take care of everything without parents or husband or anything.. You've got no flipping idea. I agree that she might have overshot the comments with the drag queen part but you can tell she was feeling bad about it the moment she said it. She didn't bring it up again. Had only good to say about it even though she didn't like it.
The dress's owner SHOULD NOT be presenting it. It should be more private between the TV host and new buyers. But I guess it's the drama that sells the show. I hope her three sons don't grow up to be mouthy bullies.
She has no filter is not an excuse for being rude. I felt bad for the dress owners.
Horrid, rude bride to be. Pity her groom.
Awkward! Having “no filter” is no excuse for being rude.
Training teaches you to filter your speech. She looks like a frumpy drag queen without make up.

I can't believe the second bride let this woman try on her dress. What a horrible bride.
Charlotte and Kate make quite the pair

Boy she was rude with her first sentence.
700 pound budget tops, 4 dresses over budget, one within range after bargaining. the bride is rude, but still you gotta respect someones budget

I realize that she didn’t grow up with a family figures but she really needs to learn some manners…
I wouldn’t want to marry her! No respect for anyone
The friend wasn't very nice either.
Wow, good luck to her future husband. The "friend" doesn't know when to shut her mouth, clearly.
Rude,close your mouth,so hurtful

I am sorry that she has been jaded by her parents
Dress was gorgeous. The back.wow. the whole dress. Gorgeous
Anyone who sells to Charlotte should have a tough skin and that doesn't bode well for the groom , but the dress she chose does look really nice !
