Without Australia Zoo and the Reptile Park to name a few we would lose large niches of animals and plants that we barely understand. These are the guardians of our earth. Ecological systems like Jenga Blocks can collapse when niches fail and gaps start a domino effect of killing off other species. Invasive species of animals and plants reduce diversity and the ability of the our planet to recover from catastrophes.
