Love your content. New subscriber here. The question I have with Sartorial is how do you verify it is all good quality fabric? When I look into each fabric they give no name brand mill, and the fabrics have polyester in them. To me that is not a sign of high quality. Can you please help me understand that it is high quality. I am debating between sartoro and Oliver wicks and it seems the pricing is very similar. But I get more assurance with the Oliver wick fabrics. However I do like some of the liners and other options with sartoro
What do you recommend regarding measurements? I don’t trust myself to take my own measurements and have the suit turn out correct. Do you know if you can pay a tailor to get the measurements for you?
I didn’t need to. I use the same measurements for all of my suits. My recommendation is to always use your measurements. If you need adjustments to the suit you receive, they’ll take care of it per their policy.
I am buying my first online MTM suit this weekend, somewhat on a budget. That being said, fit/ comfort is more important than saving $100 or so. I’m stuck between Oliver Wicks, Sartoro, and MySuitTailor all based on your videos. My biggest issue with suits is leg sizing because my things are disproportionately large for my other measurements. Which of the three do you think would be best for a first MTM suit?
I would say Oliver wicks and Sartoro are similar quality. Both are a little better than MST. Oliver wicks has more of that European look to the suits where Sartoro has more of an American look.
I got some good suits from my suit tailor. Online. I’m getting some final tailoring from some custom Jo’s bank suits I had custom made. From the fitting, I think they’re good. But I’ll need to wear them a couple times to know for sure how well I like them. Oliver wicks makes great suits. A little more expensive than MST.
I assure you, it is not sponsored. Yes, Oliver wicks does awesome suits. I’ve done 3 videos saying just that. Sartoro does awesome suits as well. I’ll let you in on a secret, it is possible for more than one company to make good suits.
That “tailor” swift joke was on point
Yeah, it was about time I put the dad jokes back into The Dad Bod.

Me personally, Oliver wicks hands down. My best suits are from OW. And my wedding tux.
Where does Sartoro get their fabrics and where do they have the actual tailoring done?
I’m not sure
Very Sharp Suit Bill.
Thank you!

Tailors won’t want to do it. They don’t want to be responsible if the suit is off. Have a friend or family member do it.
Did you use there algorithm to get fitted?
