    What incredible timing! I was just in need of a thorough review from a trusted source.

    It's funny this video is exactly what I was looking for! I am a baritone Uke guy who is now getting his feet wet in the acoustic guitar world. My favorite guitarist in the world is Justin Johnson as everything he plays speaks to me, and his Rock, Blues style is exactly what I wish I could play and how I would like to play it. No other guitarist out there plays the guitar in a way I am excited about. I am always blown away by Justin Johnson's incredible fingerpicking skills and the amazing sound he gets out of his guitars. I wanted to know which brand of thumb picks he uses, and after finding this video I now know. I placed an order for 2 of the light, regular tension Black Mountain picks, and 1 of the medium, regular tension Black Mountain picks.

    Thanks Justin. I agree with Dust Storm. I was considering thumb picks as an alternatives to hybrid picking. I recently bought (and love) the Black Mountain slide ring. I will definitely try out the thumb picks. Thanks for a great review.

    Does the grey pick have springs? Do you have dealerships in western Canada?

    Have you tried the Jazz Pick with a resonator, and if so, what are your thoughts?

    Is there different sizes? Or do the springs look after that?

    • @blackmountainpicks523
      @blackmountainpicks523  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi David! The spring makes the picks universal fit and very comfortable for thumb sizes medium to XL. If you have a smaller thumb or want a really tight fit I would recommend getting the picks with extra tight spring tension. Hope this helps! Thank you! Cheers, Cole
