I think most tongue twisters are about preventing your brain from fully understanding what it is that you're saying (and that's why they often use nonsense grammar or words), which is what makes them harder to say. In this case, it's not a tongue twister if you can understand it.
Lol ya 일 can be a tricky one. This one was okay but sometimes I get tripped up by Sunday. And god forbid Jan 1 falls on a sunday cuz try saying 1월 1일 일요일

Without the 려, does it mean that he was already fed up with the CD, or does the sencense still carry the meaning that he was about to get fed up with the CD? Thank you!
That depends on the sentence it's being used in, since 안 그래도 can also just mean 안 그래도 literally "even if you don't do that." I did a live stream about the ~도 ending too.

The 참이다 part itself is what gives it that meaning, so yes :)

You can think of 이야기 as a conversation or a story, and 말 as just words/speech.
