3:02 every time I drive through this area I get mad. If you look to the right, you can see an abandoned off-ramp. This was where I-70 was initially supposed to terminate, not at that park & ride by Security Boulevard. Just imagine how quick the commute would be for drivers coming from out west Frederick or elsewhere and it would be a straight shot to Downtown Baltimore. Movements have to be made from I-70 to I-695 to get on I-95. Ridiculous. Pause at 3:35. In the center right side of the screen you can see a bridge abutment that connects to the on-ramp from Caton Avenue. This was to connect to an overpass that would have carried eastbound I-70 to join northbound I-95.
