Anybody else feel like the song (While good) is EXTREMELY unfitting? Like, why a happy upbeat song on a serious looking animation, really kills it for me
I see the actual SSE teamups here! I know Pikachu and Samus were a consistent teamup, as were Lucas and Red; Ike, MK and Marth, Fox, Falco and the Kongs (sounds like a silly band name to me, but eh); the villains (glad Dedede wasn't in that scene, when you think about it deeply enough), and (in a sense) the Captains (Olimar and Falcon). I like the references much. ^-^

The song itself is Pollyanna, one of the biggest themes from the MOTHER/EarthBound franchise. If you search "Pollyanna" in youtube here I'm positve the original versioon in understandable English will come up.

@NoteDeath010 oh its cause its a remade version of Pollyanna from mother 1. I believe it shows up in Brawl, not this version a more instrumental one with no lyrics. This song consists of The opening to the Original Onett from Earth Bound and Pollyanna from Mother . Earth bound = Mother 2 so yeah

数年ぶりに観たくなって観にきてみたら、この動画が作られてもう11年も前か……。
自分は当時小学生で、そのときはエイプリルフールの意味をよくわかっていなかったから、この動画を知って観たときは「本当にスマブラがアニメ化したのか！？」とか思ってしまった頃が懐かしい…w
そしてらいしさんの絵柄に憧れて、いろんなキャラを見様見真似して描いていってたら、いつの間にか自分の描く絵が上達していってましたw。
スマブラを通してらいしさんの手描き動画に出会えたことに、今でもとても感謝しています…😌ありがとう！😆
個人的に本当はもっとらいしさんのスマブラの手描きMADが観たかったですけど、あれからなかなか作ってくれなくなってしまって少し寂しかった…｡😔
