I do a full body workout split 3x week. Workout A: Push (Chest), Pull (Pulldown), Legs (Leg Press) Workout B: Push (Shoulders), Pull (Row), Legs (Romanian Deadlift) I alternate between these two workouts. I only do one exercise for each Pull, Push, Legs movement. It's a great split for busy people b/c you hit the whole body even on weeks you're too busy to make it to the gym more than once per week. It's a great split just doing it 2x per week but 3x is optimal. I change the exercises based on availability. I just try to stick hitting the proper PPL movements for that day.
