Mage is sustainable and the cheapest for starter… they dont need any good weapon or armor early game, just simply spamming elemental skill, but what you must do is form a party consist of kiters and healers (tank/dodger/kiters/healer). Party member will kite monster without taking damage and you kill the monster ASAP, with 1 Aco can help Inc Agi the Kiters they will walk faster, and give you blessing for higher damage. This works well in Toy Factory and MiGao Leveling, but if you wanna solo as mage, keep spamming those fire wall, but it’s tricky sometimes and not that sustainnable..
So i played ragnarok online for about 2 months years and years ago. I was wondering what peoples thoughts are on the retstart servers coming up, and if there are any big differences between then and now from a noobs persepective. Over the years ive seen alot of hate towards the direction this series has gone, i know very little about it.
They've kept the renewal formulas and going to be episodic. So far, it's a blast from the past. If they release episodes at a good pace, they may keep players deeply involved. Or at least involved enough to do EVERYTHING they can within a new episode. So far, lots of party areas.
but the servers have too much lag :C, also it has pre-renewal formula i think, some monster act like pre-renewal and mi agi-dex (flee-hit) stay like pre-renewal 4 me
It's because you can't play the class properly. Vertical Firewall and good positioning make a lot of difference during leveling. GH Prison is a good example, you can both farm there and lvl up.
Well, Mage is sure alot stronger till level 40. Archer has problems to buy arrows at the very beginning. And swordman kinda can level up as fast as mage or archer, if you an expert. Just AoE with Magnum Break the Poison Spores.

the lag has gotten much better in my recent experience.
There's still some trouble with the login servers sometimes.
I try to adapt to renewal....but i still cant do it
Mage on 2? Without Phen they cant do shit past 70 (except you want to stay Stings or Geos till 99).
