- I did forging a slim and thin Damascus Roman Glaudis.
Gladius is a sword of gladiator! When we think of Roman Gladius, the first thing that comes to mind is the movie Gladiator.
Roman Gladius is a generic name for a double-edged, relatively short, one-handed sword suitable for stabbing used by the ancient Romans.
Although the reach is short, it is light enough to handle freely. It seems to work well in close combat with a shield.
In particular, the sharp edge of the spear tip seems to perform well in stabbing.

사다리문양의 다마스커스 글라디우스인줄 알았는데 한 몇겹정도 나왔나요? 육안으로 예상하면 한 100겹이내에 드는것같은데..
아마도 20 X 4 해서 80겹일 겁니다. 사다리문양으로 제작을 하긴 했는데.. 홈을 판후 프레스로 너무 많이 눌러서 문양이 제대로 안나왔네요 ㅎㅎ 시청해주셔서 감사합니다! 😁👍
