By opening things up to PC players the network of players on X-BoxLive or PSN would considerably grow. X-Box And PS4 might not be able to faced each other online, but on their own communities, opening them up individually to PC players would be hugely beneficial in the long run and the smartest move, to vastly expand the gameplayers up online i reckon.
