This impressive 36-storey building, with a value of 60 million US dollars, is located in front of the roundabout Kinnar in Khan Chroy Changvar (OCIC), Phnom Penh. It is a state building managed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
    The "Tax Tower" is set to be a landmark in the area, contributing to the aesthetics of the city. It will serve as a symbolic location and a hub for taxpayer services, offering more than 1,300 parking spaces for civil servants, general meetings, and the public.
    Designed to international standards by Aedas Singapore and project managed by Oliver & Ho Association, the construction of the "Tax Tower" is being carried out by the Shanghai Construction Group. This ambitious project is expected to be completed in 24 months, with a total cost of 60 million US dollars.
