That mini compartment thing in the washer is genius! I wish I had something like that...I always end up handwashing certain things, because I just don’t have enough white tops or delicate garments to justify washing them separately in the machine. Never seen a machine like that, though, are they a new thing? Room looks awesome! Love how it still turned out such a ‚friendly‘ room, despite the minimalist color/styling choices. The small touches really make a difference. Edit: looked up the machine...hasn’t made it to Europe yet, it seems. Still...awesome idea by Samsung. I’m really impressed by their ingenuity!

Absolutely stunning laundry room. I love it. I disagree with the some other peoples comments. I personally would love this laundry room. I wouldn't need a sink either. I don't know how messy some people are, but I have never needed to soak clothes before washing them. I have never had to remove stains. And myself and my husband don't have muddy/messy jobs that require work boots that would need rinsing either etc. I personally think this is a stunning and calming laundry room and I would be encouraged to do laundry a lot more as well, because the space to sit and fold laundry is ideal. Beautiful stunning and functional space. It's a huge thumbs up from me! :)

This is great! My husband, baby and I will be moving into our first home in the next month or two and I’m really looking forward to redoing the laundry room/pantry. I’m excited and this really gave me some inspiration.
Love the shelves and laundry baskets. We have just done out our laundry and need shelves but its a small square laundry so there isn't a ton of space and the dryer is on the wall. We managed to fit a 6ft skinny cupboard in thelaundry though and I have a stand with large strong plastic shelves as drawers. Your laundry baskets are great especiallyfor a house with a few levels. We gutted the whole laundry as it was atrocious from about 1959 or 1960. Still needsanother coat of white paint but I am needing a rest for a while. Your videos have great ideas. I was already planning to get some smallfake plants this weekend and we have a hanging handtowel in the laundry. Your light fitting was quirky and cool.I am looking for one that is easy to wipe and wont go rusty.

Why don't you put up thick tempered glass shelves and you can use clear glass containers that way you maintain the light but still have storage.
