What is meant is that the precious blood of Christ will continue to have power until we are taken away, until Shiloh comes, and unto Him shall the gathering of the people be.
When we are taken away we cannot sin any more. The writer meant exactly that. Until then His Precious Blood will have the Power to keep us from wandering.
