Gaea Incarnate has haste because you've already jumped through hoops and had the front side survive to your upkeep, it would feel really bad if it didn't have haste. It's less about surprise attacking with a creature and more about being able to attack on the same turn as you transformed.
It really annoys me that the shard color combinations each have like upper twenties number of commanders where as abzan and temur have like 13 or 14 and most of those aren’t great
For some historical context: In 2012 each shard had like 3 or 4, usually 2 dragons and whatever was in Alara. Most wedges at that time had 1-2 commanders, before the first commander product was released. So 13 or 14 is pretty good to me :) All of that said, I do think they print too many shard commanders, and especially ones that are pushed way too hard.
Oh yeah, I tried them out, I thought they were okay, but I was more impressed with them in the 99 of Lonis I don't think the Demonstrate cards are available unfortunately, so it's an incomplete set
Titania is a strange card. There were a few cards in Brother's War packs that came from "Brother's War: Commander" stuff. However Mishra and Urza didn't have green. And nothing shows what she, a green creature that is associated with her set, and Staff of Titania came in or with. It's weird as shit and I still don't know where she came from. I just found her in some packs and that's it.
I see so many players build Myriim as "Double Dragon" and try to out dragon value the table. I built it as MAKE MOAR MYRIIM! Played it in paper and got to over 1k Myriim in play. Tried it in MTGO, crashed the game. Repeatedly. I was the problem.

Yeah MTGO and large numbers mix about as well as Montague's and Capulets. Its an interesting commander, but not my cup of tea. Sounds like fun tho!
