😭 Michael, you're amazing. I'm in so much pain for years due to a work injury that they did not help me with, it's debilitating, but right now it is excruciating. The whole right side of my head is on fire and I refuse to take medication. It's not gone, but I just did it quick with you and I know this will help. I'm going to do it again a couple times, holding proper time. I also need to find a good one for shoulders and what I believe is the trapezius?
You're literally saving lives, Michael, and I'm not exaggerating, I'm in tears.
    Thank you! ❤

I’ve Gone to the chiro 3 times and I am still having pain. Can’t really do this exercise on the left side at all. Very tight, muscle spasms. No trauma, went to sleep fine and woke up like this. Help. Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed. The only thing that offers any type of relief (short relief) is the stretching the chiro does during the session.

This is not a relevant comment, but please help with my doubt. Is the anterior pelvic tilt a reason of tight hamstrings or the tight hamstrings a reason of anterior pelvic tilt.? I’ve been suffering with tight hamstrings and anterior pelvic tilt for around 5 years. I am unable to bend and come back up straight easily and couldn’t lift even small weights. It feels like my hip is nit stable. Couldn’t run or use the stairs or even sleep without any pain. Its a hell on the earth. Please help me get rid of this. I’m 27.! I’ve tried your tight hamstrings stretch, it felt great, my hamstrings are not tight anymore, but still I couldn’t bend and come back up straight easily. This is where I’ve got confused.!

What if I can't touch my head to the wall? My head can only get within 3 inches of the wall (or 3 inches of the floor when laying flat). If I lay flat I can slowly inch my head to the floor in about 5-10 minutes of pain.

    Is it supposed to burn?
I have a question... I have searing ringing in the back/crown/upper neck area. (No tumor but yes military neck)
All these years there's nothing I could do to stop it or even change or affect it in any way.. until recently.
I tried the neck exercise where you push the crevice above your chin, below the lip, and it changes the sound slightly. What other muscles is this engaging? It must be a clue.

something kinda...cracked when doing the armpit stretch lol. but it feels like my migraine which is coming from studying at the desk all day and probably sitting badly (although I tried all postures possible, I kinda still have to look down on my book :/) is 10% better instantly, like there's more open flow to where something was sort of blocked minutes ago. Do you have more exercises that could help from stiff neck/head/muscles from studying? This was soo good!
