Ultimately walking is best in general as it's low impact and burns the most calories per energy output (you can walk longer therefore burn more overall) without destroying your joints, but if you're wanting to recomp them consuming more protein and lifting weights will bulk you up. Losing fat and growing muscle are 2 different things and it's much easier to lose the fat first and then build muscle after. Cardio will slow your recovery down if you're lifting weights, and cutting calories from trying to lose weight will slow your muscle growth.

Agreed, about 5 minutes of that battle are the only good parts of the entire series. From an AnCap standpoint, all interpersonal relationships should be voluntary and consensual, which means concepts like "democracy" and "government" go out the window, to be replaced by businesses and contracts and terms of service, etc. Of course, eventually things will boil down to your having no say in what the terms of service are because the choice will come down to, "Accept our terms or good luck digging a well for your water," but AnCaps can't be bothered with details like that -- they hand-wave it away and assume there's a consensual, nonviolent way to resolve every disagreement. And they certainly have no plan to peacefully transition from our present society to the utopian all-consensual society they envision. Instead, they're eagerly waiting for society to go to hell so their wonderful AnCap world can spontaneously bloom.

A couple of cool sabre moves we haven't seen before; sabre fights had gotten so repetitive but they did a couple of cool, new things in Ep 5.
Literally, I would only watch the battle and not waste time on any of the rest of the series.

SW Theory thought “A Force Awakens” was “great”. He’s a prequel lover which are objectively bad films. For the most part, he’s a zero - I see no discernible talent there. So therefore, he must surround himself with other zeros, as they can fortify themselves better as a group against attacks.. I do respect his EU knowledge - I take no issue with EU Star Wats pre-prequel era - but after that it’s hot garbage.
The prequels are gold compared to Disney Star Wars.
