I didn't know Alcoholic Nikki had such a sordid past! I HATED Sharon with Adam so Much and I took a leave of absence when she married Victor. I would definitely put the Sharon/Phillis rivalry in the top three or four all time, with Michelle S. playing Phillis, of course !
It was always crazy to me how nick cheated on Sharon while grieving Cassie and Cassie wasn’t even his child. Yes I understand raising her trust me I do but that was Sharon’s blood one of Sharon’s twins and nick pulled away from the marriage and cheated and caused a downward spiral and Phyllis and Nikki and Nick just kept adding to it. They didn’t care they just kicked her every time she was down and then blamed her. It’s like how the joker said everyone cares that I’m evil but not what they did to make me that way

The reason I stopped watching Y&R years ago... The level of hypocrisy in this show is astounding. I get it. Nikki was right abkut one thing Adam was piece of garbage i mean what kind of woman forgives a man who stole her baby gave it to his mother in law to cover his tracks for killing her baby and than watched Sharon grieve for Faith everyday and when she gave him multiple times to confess and what does he do keep on lying. Im sorry but if i was Sharon i would have never forgiven him and idc if he saved Faith's life during the Tornado that hit GC that doesnt erase the damage from 5 months that Sharon lost with Faith when he made her believe her baby was dead

I got tired of all the characters marrying everyone over and over where Nikki marries victor, Jack. Phyllis marrying Jack, Nicholas and sleeping with billy. Victor marrying Nikki, then his own ex daughter in law and Sharon marrying Nicholas, Victor, Adam and Jack.. for me, Sharon is the most useless and boring character on the show. She been everyone’s leftovers, a narcissistic - damsel in distress combo and just plain moronic by her actions. Y&R really hasn’t changed for the better. Years ago, it was in a class by itself and gave soaps a different look in regards with the sets, lighting, acting, writers and amazing storylines.
