While there are many takes on the meaning of the song, it usually has something to do with being used and around toxic people. It could be something that can explain on why Giyu doesn’t tend to get close enough to make friends. Not only because of the fear of losing them, but because some could be fake friends. The backstory could be like him having “friends” from his childhood (possibly after losing Sabito), and they turn out to be fake. It could show the Hashira’s his P.O.V. on one of his ideas of friends. Battle of the Larynx and Powder are good ones too. Especially Powder, since it’s mainly in the P.O.V. of someone high, and the person’s voice sounds muffled to them.
