Gorbachev huddled at this presidential retreat for a relaxed round of summit talks as top U.S. and Soviet officials expressed confidence in concluding a European conventional arms treaty by year's end. Secretary of State James A. Baker III and Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze arrived ahead of the two superpower leaders and indicated that prospects for an accord to reduce conventional forces in Europe had improved.

Russia, China or other countries all wanted to imitate America for their countries’ greatness from America’s images. Communism ideology systems of countries wanted to close to America for better relationships and easier to imitate America’s greatness as well as more influenced by America’s greatness of freedoms and equality of the opportunities. The former President Reagan and Bush made the world for the trend toward freedoms and entrepreneurship spirit atmosphere by diplomacy strategies. I believe that our country America was very united together as one nation under America’s principles at the time. I wish we will be able to reunite together again by our country America’s own principles and generosity of forgiveness nature to each other this time for America’s greatness.
