I was about to comment to one of your vids na other banks are also now starting to get discovered with their US UITFs like SB. Mejo iba din options nila ah. World and Total ETFs thru Vanguard 😅

sir...there is news of the possible introduction of global Philippine depositary receipts which will make us have access to investing in the US markets. What are your thoughts on this? BTw, I am new to your channel. Keep up the excellent work.

Looking forward to this but will contain my excitement until we get actual guidelines on how (hopefully) feasible it will be to start investing in 😅

Hi! I'm planning to invest in RCBC's IVV and SB's QQQM but I have no direct access to USD. May I know if there are other ways to buy USD? Can I just buy directly in banks for investment purposes (no travel documents to show and I don't want to lie to my RM) or my only option is to buy through Money Changers (no questions asked if I use it for investment purpose and not for travel)? Please advise. Thank you!

When I first got started with USD UITFs many years ago, I could readily exchange my money into USD with no hassles. Unfortunately, yes they do require all sorts of documentation now so money changers would be the most convenient thing. Or at least stock up on USD when you have an upcoming trip! Hehe

I will not consider qqq as a market index since its not have stocks listed on NYSE it should be in a core satellite portfolio
