I have a new video planned for this before the year end. In the meantime, here is the guide I made to the bases for the Hungarian artillery shown in this video, th-cam.com/video/9PFciv-ktTM/w-d-xo.html @@lordpapkin7540
I do something similar with my guns before painting, I use pvc glue, works great for me to paint them in one go without worrying about having to skip spots for later.
Awesome hints. What was that urban base on the airborne 6pder? It looked like it was a printed decal of some sort. All your figures have such great paint jobs.
Thanks! The 6pdr is on one of the plain cobblestone bases from the FOW Plastic Rubble Bases set. Here is a link to how I filled in the holes and painted them. th-cam.com/video/59cvSpw1Fbc/w-d-xo.html
Nice ideas
Thanks!
Excellent stuff. Gun teams are instant dioramas.
Thanks. They are indeed like little dioramas!
I do like your work on the bases...SUperb artillery units!
Thanks. The larger bases allow you to be more creative, almost mini dioramas.
@@PanzerSchule i would love to see more about that decorating bases with wall etc

Yes, it's good to be able to save time and effort during painting.
Great tips mate
Cheers Adam.
I do almost exactly this with mine too., of course they don’t look as good as yours mate. Ty for the video as always. I really really enjoy them. 😊
Good to hear we are on the same page. Glad you enjoy the vids.
@@PanzerSchule frankly I think you are the best my friend. Your work is incredible. Cheers from the States
