Yep, I just paused this and went to the FB video, for the dance! Brooke, girl, Jason has a PERFECT match in you! Now, we juat want a FAMILY DANCE VIDEO!😂😂👏🏼👏🏼💃🏼🕺🏻💃🏼
Love love love this podcast!! It was absolutely awesome!!! Y'all always seem so conservative but you both are a hoot!!! My goodness, you two are a pair feeding off of each other and just so much fun!!! Love ya both!!! ♥️❤️♥️
Your hilarious personalities, dancing, and homesteading lessons are just 3 of the MANY reasons why I think lots of us love your channel. You're like that FAVORITE TEACHER, who helped you learn without even letting you know it happened!🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 Rogersville, Tennessee
When my niece was month old, my brother called and asked if he and his family could come to visit. When they got to my house, they came in with baby stuff. Gave me hug, turned around and started back out the door. I stopped them and asked them where they were going and was to a month to sleep. I had my niece for three days and two night. My niece never slept. They only came to get rest.
Enjoy the dancing but Jason you are right, your messages are so much bigger than that now. Love the diversity and balance between information, entertainment and education delivered with your family’s brand of authenticity. Keep growing and following your intuition.
I couldn’t quit laughing at Brook telling about her throwing up in the water and those fish all around her eating it and those guys saying YES, that’s what they want, that’s good, what they want! I could just see poor Brook trying to hold onto that boat and barffing sick and fish chasing her😭, ohhhh I just howled with laughter and tears rolling down, I couldn’t quit laughing, sorry but she was so funny and serious at the same time telling that adventure, poor thing and all for Jason! Ohhh I still laugh when I think of her😭😭
Keep on dancing y’all and especially when you’ve accomplished a up hill struggle or finally finished a very important project on the farm! We love it and your family and farm friends! Jason I hope you take on the challenge to build Nugget a play toy with moving parts for his pen, I’m concerned he’s gonna get bored in there not being able to interact with y’all when he was out before!
I finally finished listening to your podcast today. You had me laughing out loud during your story of your vacation and the plane ride. You both dance great. Keep having fun and enjoying yourselves. That will keep you happy and young!
I got such a laugh on your story of the flight passengers over imbibing on the dealership trip...just hearing you talk about watching them on that moving carousel walkway made me belly laugh 😅
Jason, I am in tears while you are telling your story: wasabi is hot and its NOT Avocado! You are not the first person that thought it was Avocado not realizing its HOT Wasabi.....
Wasabi? Yep, I was one of those🔥🥵,😁🤣 I will tell you though, the hottest hot I had, was Indian mango chutney. I’d eaten 3/4 of a fairly large jar of jalapeños at one sitting and no serious burning upon Eating them at one session so I thought that would be okay to try the chutney, as the mangos were sweet. Boy was I wrong! You know after you have something really hot, you breath out and wave your hand in front of your face? Well I was breathing out 🔥of my mouth and nose🔥❗️😬😁 That’s why I moved to Alaska - just to cool off! 😁 Just kidding.
I was at a Chinese buffet with a friend and she did the same thing. She thought it was guacamole. Sounds like you got the real stuff. Some places stretch it with horse radish paste and green food coloring. I always love it when you dance, but I understand the restrictions. Just makes it all the sweeter when you do it for us.
Moving and having fun is dancing. I don't ever regret dancing in my life! And my dream came true to dance itch my son at his wedding. We did a mash up of the twist, hand jive and the doughie and one more of my sons generation music. It was so much fun!!! I wasn't great but I'd do it again in a heartbeat!! Dance dance dance!!! You only live once!
Have been wondering the last week or so about MaryCarl's future chicken ventures and was going to ask, but in last two podcast it's wonderful to hear about the winged birds and updates Excited!!!
I was subscribed but I if evidently unceremoniously unsubscribed by TH-cam I've subscribed again and now I'm watching the podcast. Late is better than never!
Oh Jason! I am falling out of bed laughing at you telling your story about eating sushi.. This is priceless,, absolutely priceless..I think the pink stuff was pickled ginger, not horseradish.. Your fish might of been Aku, Hawaiian word for tuna.. I'm from Hawaii, born and raised... But I am loving your stories.. I love all your videos and podcast.. and the new Cog 40. You both have me laughing into tears on this podcast. Have a great week, stay well and safe..💋❤💋❤💋❤
Brooke, start out with shrimp ceviche. It is so easy to make and it's so delicious. With shrimp you can definitely tell when it is "done". Takes the nerves out of it.
I got a head cold Sunday. Slept for 24 hours straight. Today is Tuesday, I made it to work feeling groggy. But, Absolutely loved these memories yall shared! Feeling much better now!
Loved hearing Y'all talk about trips Y'all have been on . Sounds like Y'all have had some fun and some not so fun experiences. Good luck getting Marycarl's new chicken. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
Listen Jason, my dad was a dancer too. He taught all of us kids to dance and we had a blast with Dad. My mom didn’t dance so when they first got married back in the day mom would go to watch dad dance and he would dance with a friend of theirs. Never stop dancing Jason. I like to dance too and when the opportunity is there I dance. 😀😀❤️🇺🇸
I just love your channel and appreciate your positive, happy personalities. I’d really like to hear more from Jason on the podcasts, though. I always enjoy hearing his take on things. I’m so happy for your family getting to build your new homestead on the CH Forty.
#3 is my lucky number so it's easy to imagine it associated with you guys, lol. Life should be fun so dance when you can ! Love hearing the stories and would love to be a neighbor.
As always another entertaining podcast. The chit chat was great. Love the stories. Congrats MC on your new chickens. We can’t wait to see them. Jason I’m proud of you. You are a very disciplined person. Brooke what’s cooking? You definitely got sidetracked. You were going to talk about the flower garden and then.......cheers,🇨🇦
When I was a boy I remember eating beef tongue, heart, liver, etc. quite a bit. I liked it and still do. I suspect we ate it back then because is was cheap and money was tight. Mom always made it taste good.
Mom hated making beef tongue when I was around. She grew up in the Depression, so it was a common dish for her family, growing up. So, it was something she was familiar with. However, if she made it when I was around, NO one else got any of it! I STILL enjoy it, and I'm now 64 years old. It took me a few years to get used to beef liver, hated it growing up, until Mom came across a recipe to prepare it, like chicken parmigiana... breaded, tomato sauce, mozzarella. That cinched the deal for those of us who couldn't stand the texture or taste of beef liver. Now, it's a delicacy that when I go to a restaurant that serves liver and onions, I'm ordering it, because hubby doesn't like liver.
Mom made tongue, she’d boil it with spices, skin it and grind it through a meat grinder and it made like a potted meat that we eat on sandwich bread and it was delicious and if you didn’t know that it was tongue you would never have known because she wouldn’t have told you! I just happen to see it cooking in her pressure cooker pot, she looked at me and put her finger to her lips and said a quick shhhh! and I knew not to say a word! Nobody knew it either! Delicious! Wish I had the recipe 🤷♀️🤷♀️
This has been a very interesting video. I love all your videos but today has been awesome. Very educational. And we would like to see ya'll dance. God bless ya'll, you are a very special family.
You guys are so interesting to listen to, , I get started with you in the morning and just go from one channel to the other. No matter what you are talking about ,I love it.
Can we please have a video of a few minutes in each paddock just catching up with the animals? And also has Nugget done a run around his yard yet? How do you do homeschooling with Marycarl? Can we please see the little dogs in their yard? Have you done any more building since moving? Can we meet your Mum, Brooke? Is this enough questions? (Giggle) if I think of anything else I will put another comment up! Thanks for all your hard work putting the videos together. I love spending time on your farm with you all
I loved the stories both of you told! I laughed so much. I did NOT know you two were "dancer"! I even stopped this and went to FB to watch that video. You two got moves! Lol! Loved it! When you guys come to Oklahoma in March, just know we Okies like to dance.
I love Bantams, and havre raised several bantam breeds since my youth, Cochins, Japanese, Mille Fleur D’Uccles. The Silkie Serama hen you got is beautiful.
Jason, in my very humble opinion your dancing never diminished you at all. It was just a little perk! I must admit, I do miss it, but whatever your comfortable with so be it! But you get my vote! And so does Brook, y’all are great! I will still respect you both!

OMG! You two are just so funny. Thanks for sharing your life and stories with us.

wasabi will wake you up, IMHO it is 10 times hotter than our horseradish. I use it sparingly when I get sushi.
