Very good review. I have a Huntsman Regal XL, with Hugget Benita moderator on it, which really quotes it down much better than the Daystate moderators. 👌
In always think high end expensive guns should be shot out to at least 40 mtrs, to show its accuracy, only my view but good review and a lovely looking gun cheers Shane uk 🇬🇧
WOW... that's some Airgun, I think I'll get a lottery ticket for the weekend. LOL Nice review Mat, bet you will miss that Wolverine when it has to go back? /simon
Yes .. youve just gorra swap the magnet ( and I believe some sort of stop pin ).. im a leftie ( not politically ) and am happy enough with it loading into & out of the left side .. also happy with the loading leaver being on the right ... in actual fact it better for us lefties being on the right , specially if bench rested for competition .. bought one yesterday ... accurate as youll ever need .. and superb to shoot ... trigger shoe is,a right bastard too adjust ( its so tiny , yes , the appropriate allen key is supplied , but JESUS is it tiny ) so I left it as it is ... which is excellent .. bit annoying , but " hey ho " ..
Further too your question ... I now found out ... the magazine CANNOT be changed too a right side load ... unlike the MK4 , airwolf ect magazine , where you can change the locating pin AND the magnet over too use fron the right ( therefore making easy access allowing you to use a large parallax wheel if thats your problem .. ) I sent mine back too daystate and exchanged it for a right hand loader ..
Matt your videos are very good but, Daystate Rifles are scrap, has bad quality control, my rifle purchased 8 months ago is scrap. I go to the range every 2-3 weeks and every 2-3 weeks I have a problem, leeks, breach seal puff up after 100 shots, in October I got this rifle (brand new in USA) and since I've changed 16 times the breach oring (originals provided by AOA), The anti-double load guns most all suffer probe damage from the magazine to some degree, but Daystate refers to the metal to metal contact as just cosmetic. But I would like mention problems with magazine, side lever, losen pieces into the block, actuator pin broken, well so many things. AOA gives a very good support by quality of this rifles like Wolverine HP/R are very bad. A friend of mine purchased a Redwolf (limited series) and has problems with magazines, he has a Wolverine 2 has problems as well. Other friend purchased a DAYSTATE Redwolf and expend about 100 dollars in Orings because has the same problem in the breach. Is a shame that expensive rifles suffer of bad quality. A comparison: you purchase a Ferrari for you and a Chinese car for your wife, how do you feel if the Ferrari has a problem every two weeks and the chines cars only put gas and run? I had a Hatsan for a year without any problem, my mistake hear a friend who recommended DAYSTATE. Thanks for your videos Matt.
Liam Riley how many issues have you had with the impact? I got mine it leaked from the bottle, sent it back, they fixed it (apparently) it came back leaked again this time from the regulator, sent back again, fixed again (apparently) got it back again, this time first half filled charge it blew the o ring on the fill adapter, this time I sent it back, got a full refund and went and got this rifle. Yes there are a few problems with the r, namely aesthetically, the cheekpiece could be better, but all in all I’d have it any day over the disappointment that was the impact
get the old wolverine 2 like I have .303 100 ft/lbs ferocious beast of an air gun non regulated only 20 shots but the power is insane I can drop a bear with it black bears only weigh 240 lbs in California
You need to put your hands under the table on the review section as your talking with your hands is not related and very confusing and distracting, love the reviews not the hands.
Didn't love the FREE TO YOU review enough not to demand that someone else modify an engrained behavior because it BOTHERS YOU and YOUR sensibilities? YOU should learn to not demand the world change around YOUR needs. You try that, let us know how well you do.
Wow you know that's a really beautiful looking gone very well-made but I understand did people want a high shot count and all but why would you make that nice of a looking gun and put that ugly bottle on it I would never buy that gun because of that ugly bottle you would think they would have to be a better way to put a smaller tube and have a real forearm on it and not have to hold a bottle terrible that bottle is terrible looking on that gun and ruins it
20 yards shooting,, ha ha, boys stuff, stick it out to 50,,a kid of five could do what hes doing at 20,,,what a joke,, £1500 gun and shooting at that distance,,, wake up.
CAN YOU DO A REVIEW SIDE BY SIDE THE DAYSTATE WOLVERINE R AND THE DAYSTATE RED WOLF, PLEASE.
