More ZZZ, please. I feel like 90% of the videos I'm getting rn are clickbait "IT'S BAD???? ZZZ FAILED????" videos where the CC's clearly baiting engagement, only to have the most lukewarm takes that they echo from one another.

@@SplittedCornAgree. I'd go as far as to say that I don't even think the TV mechanic is all that bad. It's like complaining about walking forward and picking an event in HSR. Same shit, different presentation, both with their own benefits imo.
Also, mfs acting like every gacha isn't braindead easy during its story mode/events is wild. I'm not suggesting that ZZZ is super hardcore (it's a MHY game lmao), but holy hell, it's such a cherrypicked argument when, again, every gacha does this shit.
Dude the game is fun except for the TV mechanics it's these hardcore f2p tryhards from wuwa that are hating on the game for no reason and CCs who are blacklisted straight up being biased against the game despite the game clearly being aimed towards ultra casuals

@@SplittedCorn Well everyone has their preference I guess. I just find it immersive and I feel it helps me get fully immersed into the world of ZZZ. The daily living activity, the small chores and schedules... I like it, I feel it adds character. I mean I guess I'm just a big fan of the small things, while quickly leveling is fun, stopping to play at the arcade or eating some noodles every now and then or getting that daily cup of coffee feels nice. So I think it's a little odd that most people seem to dislike it. Rather than boring wouldn't relaxing be a better term? Oh anyway, don't take it to heart, I'm aware everyone has preferences, so I hope you enjoy the game too.
3:00 is massive cap the difference is ur getting the materials WITHOUT spending any battery for only 4k denny difference
so it's only worth buying if you are overstocked on denny

youre gona run out of dennies... 2 item costs 20k, that's -20k. If you run out of Dennies later and have to farm it, you're going to spend 20 battery to get 15k when you could've spent 20 batter to get 3 items. that's the point of the argument... it's basic economics (you're gona run out of dennies and when you have to farm it, you'll actually lose battery. Your theory only works if you don't ever run out dennies and hoyoverse is gona spit on you)

I'd agree personally as well, it feels like a life simulator combined with a normal gacha game and I like the extra work put into keeping a regular rhythm. I think it's immersive even if it's just chores, the chores are fun atleast.

Thanks for all of the information! I didn't even know about some of the XP sources on the street. Also, is it just me, or is the Bangboo banner super easy to get S-Ranks from? I've seen plenty of people, including myself, roll back to back ones, and it almost seems too good to be true--I haven't bothered to check the rates, so maybe it's just confirmation bias. Whatever the case, I'm loving this game, and can't wait to see its future!
It's definitely confirmation bias, seeing as I had to go to hard pity to even get my first S rank bangboo, but yeah this game is very fun thanks to the combat
Navigating through everything is kinda whack ngl. I get lost most of the time 🤣. I find the place I need to go after opening every tab I can open for like after 5 mins.
Yeah it can suck especially since there's a ton of loading screens as well, but I got used to it after awhile

Pretty cool thing is that Notorious Hunt doesn't use your energy, it's free to just complete and get the rewards, i did all 3 for this week and had 40 energy when i started, still had 40 when i finished, or maybe it's just a one time thing idunno.

Biggest mistake is pull first character on event banner, except you love the design so much and you wanna see them on the couch, remember Seele from HSR? Barely anyone uses her nowadays.

Early game, I think its fine to "Build pitty." I usually just look at it as pulling for 4 star characters. The only times I think you shouldn't "Build pitty" is if A: you really like an upcoming character (weather for looks or meta) or B: you really hate the current banner. obviously, the risk of getting a 5 star that you are meh about increases the higher you build pitty, but if you want some 4 stars and you are low pitty, you can only come out winning.
Sigh, this felt like a summary of something of everything I know already.
What the hell... This game appears to be 80% resource management, 10% TV diving and 10% combat.

He meant building pity on Limited Banner, also if you plan to build pity in Standard, make sure you want a character there, because they might add a new character in standard banner.

The getting of the stars for ranking up isn't that big a problem since its not that hard or time consuming to get 3* per mission but it is nice that there are other sources for them such as the training
Something that was extremely painful for me was learning that i can get 5* "weapons" in the standard banner. So i thought i was getting another character just to get the dumb orb
Thank god the first two banners are Ellen and zhu yuan, as those two don’t interest me at all which means more polychrome savings. Plus I got Soldier 11 as my first 5* and Luci early on, so I’m pretty set on a comfy fire team for now.
…Qingyi might be endangering those savings though

Building pity is a perfectly rational choice. You just only do it if you don't mind accidentally winning. Also for some reason building pity always made me lose 50/50s and always reaching soft pity... That's just a coincidence though right?
I think for now, we don't need to spend any gacha. Except if you really want Ellen. Cuz you can clear the endgame pretty easy since it's only the first 3 stages

Cant believe this guy is saying not to get mats for an infinitely renewable resource. Sounding like this channels the scam only because you're looking at what the 0.1 percent of the community do with their resources. You quite literally have to try hard and sweat to get rid of dennies and the only reason why you see people run out of mora in genshin or credits in honkai is because those 0.1 percents are trying to level everything.
Bangboo gacha currency is slow. It will be like saving Tracks of Destiny is HSR

I like the game, but I don’t know if I like it enough to battle all of the load screens to go drink coffee and try to navigate the terrible web event tutorials. I think I’m going to just login every once in a while and do whatever looks cool until the next game comes along.

No lol. Character banner is 50/50, W-Engine banner is 75/25 (same as HSR light cone banner). The only thing that is 100% guaranteed is the Bangboo banner.

I'll give a final answer to that once I hit endgame! But so far, it's very much still learning the game. Mobs are all easy. I skipped story so hoping combat content picks up the pace. Boss fights are fun though when it does happen!

tbh, I just refuse to roll on weapon banners (assuming that's what you mean) because of it. They're a big scam outside of heavier spenders or ppl who luck out (which can't be relied on). If I find myself needing weapons in this game, I'll probs just go w/ the BP ones, since they all seem pretty decent (which is nice, since the HSR ones are all garbo).
