The terminal looks a million times better than my first ever visit in 2011. I am sure that was there was nothing there, just a Hudson news outlet. I have never been so bored waiting for the plane.
@@timnicholas1477 What !? really ?? They are pulling out themselves from the route ? From which area ,or country !? May I ask ? That got me curious !! 💜🥁🐉🎤🎵🎶✈💞
I absolutely loved every minute of your trip report! As much as I may wish, I doubt that I will ever be able to get to either USA or UK, so people such as yourself, who take the time & effort to film this, give me endless hours of enjoyment. Thank you so much! I am now going to view your other reports. You have a new subscriber here for sure!
Very good review , personally I think that the dim lighting in the 'one world' lounge was because it is late at night and they want to make sure people can sleep comfortably
Just something I forgot to add; what sets this report (& probably your others) apart from the rest, is the fact that you got it all; the walkthrough LAX, boarding, engine start up, take off, etc, etc. Alot of people bypass this, & that's fine, but to an aviation enthusiast such as myself, & yourself, all of this stuff is VERY important! I know you will understand what I mean :))
Fantastic trip report! I like the upgraded dinner service in WTP cabin, although breakfast did not appear that appealing. The side storage compartments are also a real plus
Yes ! Side compartment must make a huge difference ,especially if you're in an economy class like I will with mom going to London for our Wales trip in the near future !!! 😀👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎵🎶✈💞
It's so nice after hearing the American English listening to the wonderful British English. One reason why I don't fly to the States is that the Americans are not able to understand and to speak British English.
When you were coming down the escalator from the lounge, I was thinking "hmmm, this looks more like a mall", and then you mentioned how you get a mall vibe lol
Just flown premium economy from Riyadh to London. Very impressive for the money. On this occasion only £200 more than economy for one way. Credit where it is due BA.
Hello! I am going to make the same flight in September, and I only have an hour of stopover in Heathrow to catch the next flight (both inside the T5). Do you think it is possible to pass all the controls and arrive on time for my second flight? Because I've seen in the end that the route to connecting flights is quite long. Many thanks!
Hi there. Many thanks for your comments and views. I really appreciate it! Regarding your query you should be able to make your connecting flight. Airlines schedule their flights to enable connecting passengers to catch their onward journeys, plus as you are transiting within T5 that shouldn't be a problem. Worst case scenario is that you are expedited through security if you are transiting internationally (not required if you're a domestic traveller) or you are rebooked on a later flight (BA fly twice daily to Los Angeles) in the event that your flight is severely delayed. I hope this helps! :D
Another TH-cam Channel has stolen your outbound video of this trip in terms of copyright theft and posted it on TH-cam just so you know i don't know the name of the TH-cam channel but i can't find it either but it happened while you were enjoying your time with your friends in California within the last week or 2 and i would also like to say nice videos by the way please keep them coming.
I'm headed to London for the first time soon. I need to catch a train from Kings Cross station. Is it better to take the Heathrow Express, then connect to the tube. Or just take the Piccadilly line straight to Kings Cross? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
sizzlemann hi there and many thanks for to the comments and views. I really appreciate them. As for your query, the route you take to Kings Cross really depends on how much time you have. Logistically and economically, getting the Piccadilly Line from LHR to Kings Cross would be more feasible. I personally choose the Heathrow Express because it is faster, I book my tickets weeks in advance and live on the opposite side of London, plus I had the arduous experience of using the Piccadilly Line for over 90 minutes to get home from the airport and to me that's a mistake you only make once! I hope I've been helpful! 😊
Hi! Thanks for your response. We have a 4 hour gap between our air arrival and our train departure. Is that enough time to get through customs, grab our luggage and catch the tube to Kings Cross?
Really ? Everyone's saying they're very polite & nice ? When I flew with 'em back in the 80's ,they weren't so. But, in the 90's ,they were friendlier & more attentive ! ✈💜🥁🐉🎤🎵🎶💞
I hate to break it to you, but the GoPro audio quality is horrible! I'm sure the video quality is great, or at least that's what I'm told, because I'm totally blind. If the GoPro designers were to come up with a GoPro that really captures the audio quality of being inside that airplane with you, I'd tell everybody to get a GoPro. You'd be so much better off using a Panisonic or Sony or even a Cannon to get the type of audio quality that these videos really demand. I really hope you can identify with me on this, because I just can't listen to videos with the headphones when they're recorded with the GoPro, because I feel claustraphobic. It sounds as if the audio got shoved between my ears inside my head. If you listen to the remarkable audio quality of TrainPlaneHub's videos, you'd hear what I mean. I really hope you understand. I can listen to them without the headphones on, but when I want to be able to "feel" like I'm in the plane with you, (and believe you me, I would love to hear this that way), I simply won't be able to do that when you use the GoPro, and I don't think they'll ever improve the audio quality of the GoPro. Let's hope I'm wrong.
So freaky. I'm just booking my trip to LA now and I've booked this exact seat!
WOW !!! Really !? Lol. And the same destination & all !!? Oh ! Going to L.A.!! I live in L.A. ! LOL.Spooky !! What a coincidence !! 👍😆💜🥁🐉🎤🎵🎶✈💞

Nice video. I've also flown from L.A. to London British Airways. Their food in economy is better than what American Airlines serves in business class.
Lol. I love it !! Thanks for sharing that info !! 👍😆💖💜🥁🐉🎤🎵🎶💞

Slicky Brit cheers for taking time to watch and comment on my video. It is very much appreciated! 😊
'Dimly lit lounge, what do you think?' I think I would walk into at least 3 walls.
Great report
Very good review , personally I think that the dim lighting in the 'one world' lounge was because it is late at night and they want to make sure people can sleep comfortably
Fantastic video really helpful, so glad I came across you and now subscribed cheers
"TBIT" stands for Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Awesome video mate!

kind of wide to say "Americans" more like "most Americans"
Lol, what a silly stereotype

Nice trip report but if I were you, I'd record the landing from the IFE. It would have been a nice view over London if you'd used the IFE.
