I've been watching you for a couple of years now and love your videos. I retired as long term executive for a Swedish company located in the USA. After I retired I taught management classes to entry and mid level managers. Really respect the way treat your employees. You hold them to high standards while you treat them the way you would want to be treated. You are a great family man and community member. All and all jus a really good person.
Its Tuesday here in New Zealand, and I've just finished watching your video from Friday. Spoke to my wife after watching the video and said to her, "the boys will be starting their Concrete Season today or tomorrow". She reacted with a "who da heck cares" look hahaha. Getting a decent size whiteboard at the yard would be a nice addition to help stay organize and stay on top of items that are running low throughout the season.
You should buy flowers for every kids birthday month. They have flowers for every month. That would look good and have a meaning when you look at them. Put them under each light to make it pop.

You might want to reconsider having the landscaping right up against your vinyl siding. If there's any wood behind that vinyl, it won't last long
The walls look absolutely stunning..... But it would be even stunning if you had lights on the bottom wall as well..... Then it would definitely set it off....
Looks like things are coming together nicely for the upcoming concrete season. Also the walls and lights look amazing. Keep up the hustle and get this season started off right on track.
Daryl does have a lot "ambitious" ideas but a hook lift doesn't sound like a bad one. Could help transporting equipment for the rental business, rent dumpsters (maybe?) and could be bought as a replacement for the small dump truck, once that dies.
And it keeps an employee busy.
He has the ideas of a child which makes sense because his mind probably didn’t age past the age of 9.
Daryl's idea for a white board is a good idea. That way everyone knows what the schedule is. Plus it's a good way of keeping things organized for your crew.

Yeah I noticed that too. Daryl said “it’s about time” and then Ryan Jr repeats it back very sarcastically. Let’s be honest though. Ryan Jr is kind of dikkhead when it comes to how he treats the victory employees. He is often condescending and acts very entitled.

@@curtis7439 well stores are sorta forcing people to use self checkouts now a days by hiring less cashiers so having less cashier running registers and I seen people steal more with self checkouts person ring stuff up on it and got to pay part then ended up just leaving with out paying for their stuff
Self checkouts used to be great but now it seems to be getting so popular and the systems dont work sometimes like shown in the video. Its faster and easier to just use a checker now.
Putting people ( checkers ) out of work is not good for the economy.

The filter may be correct. Sometimes small engine manufacturers make a long and short depending on application where there might be more or less room. Selling the short is generally the best answer.
Depends on the engine though. My Ford granted its a tractor has 2 different filters for the model but one is significantly different from the other internally so you need to watch what you get.

You need to get some of those oil dry mats you can just put down on the ground before you start to drain the oil that way anything that spills will go onto that and you won’t have to spread out the kitty litter or oil dry. A lot easier to clean up.

My business payroll audit, they found I owed a employee 1 hour OT from 3 years ago. Long story short, state of NJ fined me $500 for it. State returned the 1 hour check back to me because they couldn’t locate the employee but of course not the fine.

When I started the video, I had just sat down with my AG1 ready to go. I've got in the habit of adding a small amount of cran-grape juice to make it tastier. I'm about to finish my first container. So far so good. Good to see Junior again.
