Mike seems like a nice person. He's doing a lot of things right. Working on his own, working for Ryan on the side, asking questions, taking advice from Ryan. Taking advice from the right people (Ryan) who is successful and has been in business for many years. Keep up the good work guys and Merry Christmas.

As a lawn care business, we know nothing about concrete. Somehow someway we have become addicted to watching your channel! Love the snow plowing footage, concrete patio installs, the daily vlogs, oh and of course the Darrell duos that you have working for you! We never thought in a million years that we would ever be binge watching TH-cam videos based on concrete work, but you make it so interesting to watch! Great entertainment, great videos, creative editing, an overall superior TH-cam experience. As a fellow TH-cam channel, we know making and editing videos is a lot of work! Thanks for taking the time to bring us some great content to watch! After watching your videos, Ryan you really are a true gentleman and a great person. You deserve all of the success you have achieved. Keep the great videos and content coming and you know we will be watching! Take care, stay warm, and god bless!
@Ryan *Someone suggested having your mural painted on a large piece of canvas or whatever material is portable like a billboard. This way you can always bring the mural with you wherever you go and the surface is more uniform than those walls.*
That's is a good idea, It would look better to the walls aren't smooth and never know how long he will be in that shop for. Can get canvas big as can and make bunch of wood frames behind it so if need to move it can detach canvas roll it up then pull the smaller square frames off wall making transport easier or storing it easier
I miss snow plowing!! I used to love the late nights or early mornings and the darkness, its peaceful. I love how Mike is so good and willing to learn.
@25:20 fire extinguisher tech here, that extinguisher in your truck is a recalled model. the plastic handles would break. especially in the cold! please replace ASAP!!
Mike is a very strong asset for Ryan. He does everything perfect and with no hesitation and He always talks to Ryan when he needs to. I see mike being a good leader.
Looks like you guys out in the Mid-West are getting ALL the SNOW, so far, this season .... We here in Coastal Massachusetts are mostly on the RAIN side of each storm .... (and that is FINE with me !!! Enjoying the SNOW plowing vids too !!!! Have a MERRY Xmas ....
Man, watching you interact with your kids is so encouraging to me. I can’t wait to have children that I can love and encourage like you do. They are the greatest gift of all! Stay safe out there!
Providing us with quality content on two channels! Ryan is the real deal, juggling not only a business but the editing and uploading of two channels with different styles of videos. While most importantly being an inspiring Father to his wonderful Children. Your work ethic doesn't go unnoticed. Can't forget about your Wife taking care of the household behind the scenes. Thanks for sharing Ryan.
I'm glad you have this second channel Ryan ..it shows that Daryll is not such a slacker at all and quite a good grafter ..keep up the good work .love the channel from Ireland 🇮🇪
Watching this before I go out to shovel my driveway/sidewalk for what feels like the 10th time. Goooooooddd morning Ryan! As for your salting situation, you rolled the dice and came up short. Atleast you have a dependable guy to lay salt, albeit for a fee.

Good Morning Ryan. Looks like this artic blast will reach down even to us here in south Texas. As always love VictoryStyle2 and a Merry Christmas to You, Your Family, and Your Crew. God Bless.
Ryan you make me want to be a better dad the end of the video made me miss my teen daughter that I had a falling out with because of my addictions. I hope nothing but the best for you, you’re a big inspiration to me to get my business back together and my family back together
Seeing the fuel stick reminds me of all the times I would help my grandfather fill the trucks up and all of them had a fuel stick. Thanks for the jog down memory lane. Great stuff as always Ryan.

It’s almost 2023 you can’t say girls look good anymore. That is offensive. Also how do you know they don’t identify as a penguin? Sorry had to, I laughed inside typing this
Beautiful family Ryan! I love the channel man, I’ve watched every single video you posted and basically wait for new ones everyday lol. You have a great crew and they all respect you. Great job brotha keep it up! God bless you your family, crew, and buisness hope to have a shot out one of these days!
I love how Ryan and Mike said bye to eachother and they were about to go on their own ways and Daryl shows up and Mike gets out of his truck and they all talk for 15 more minutes after saying bye lol
Ryan, look into the pan saver for the 7.3. You take really good care of your equipment but this would be an added level of security. The oil pans on the 7.3 are notorious for rusting out and leaking
Ryan, just sharing a little trick to starting dead and or frozen vehicles, put the negative on the negative battery post, THEN put the positive clamp on the main bolt to the alternator, 10 minutes max it will start in any weather doesn’t matter how dead the battery is.
Hey Ryan the plastic salt boxes can be better for the aspect that you said, it doesn't freeze as easily and it almost never sticks to the sides. With that being said, it does still freeze in the plastic box but if you have to chip the salt for some reason it doesn't stick to the sides like at all.
ryan, i think if you keep this up on this channel, i see it being 125k subs by spring. in this day and age with whats going on with engineered shortages, i wouldnt let go of anything until you have the replacement IN HAND sue to shipping and shortages. in my area, we get light dustings in between storms that have been measured in feet and now we're in a cool snap where our daytime temps are in the negatives and we wont see above zero until saterday....so they say. the snow we get is normally "dry" and is easily blown off surfaces and not much salting is needed if its a dusting. if its a storm, most people dont salt. even the city uses mostly sand mixed with a little salt and the highway dept uses a clear fluid made out of beet juice which has been working quite well the past few years. if we have snow coming or a cold snap, they spray the highway down before and it works. it seems to last longer than the salt used to. thanks for the vids, ryan.
Ryan love the videos man reminds me of my construction days watching your videos. I'm from Buffalo right by the lake so the lake effect snow is for real. There's been already 6ft of snow here and another storm is coming this holiday week. Snow days are the best lol.
Mike your so luck man your kids are so adorable please make more time family vids and your beautiful boy is amazing to see him working this hard at a young age shows he’s going to do good things
Great guy watched every video and learn so much from u all the way from Atlanta great boss great mentor and a great father! Hope u have a bless holiday Ryan!!
Ryan, I put a Banks PowerPack on my 2000 7.3L work truck (white f-350 dually, just like yours) about 10 years ago. It's all bolt-on and did it all myself with basic tools. It's not anything crazy powerful but for my work truck it was more about reliability than pure power. It has been bulletproof and can tow up the mountains here in CA in overdrive now. Worked out great for me.
Isn’t it great living in lake effect areas? I live outside of Phoenix, NY, in Phoenix they will get a couple of inches, I’m about 4 miles away, we will get 5’+, lol where I am is downwind from both Erie, and Ontario, sometimes we get the effect from both at the same time. Still better than a hurricane, or tornado, although we do get the occasional twister here, just not the big ones. Be safe, happy holidays to you and your family.👍
@@KrunchTastic The temperatures here haven’t been that low lately as a rule, we used to get them regularly, but the 33” is pretty common where I am, we Get blasted from both Erie, and Ontario right in this area. LOL 😂 But if you get it, and we don’t, that’s okay with me! Enjoy! Our time will come around, it always does, then you can gloat too.😁 Happy Holidays to you and yours, stay warm and safe.
Good morning, from Florida, love the content Ryan, merry Xmas to you and all the victory Crew and family. I really enjoy the winter content being from Florida and not getting snow ...I enjoy it
Love these style videos, reminds me of running out with the tree crew early in the morning, the stops for coffee and gas always seemed to be the great start of the day for me. Anyway keep up the great work.

Here in Northern Va, right next to DC, Ft Belvior, Andrews AFB, and a few other installations, helicopters are visible and audible every hour of the day, even at night. It's a sound we all basically ignore. Once in a while you'll get a couple doing lower passes which is pretty cool (usually coasties), but man they are like birds here.

might be running a plow for my first time for this big storm coming up! I'm about an hour north of chicago so it will be interesting to see the difference between what you get and what we get. stay safe out there!
Well it seems that plowing is a big part of your being and you're good at it too only equal to your cement skills, I think it's great that you have snow, being I'm from sunny Southern California if we ever got half the snow you got for at least 2 days we'd go crazy happy over here especially around the holidays, but thanks again for having this channel otherwise I'd never know how the other half lives I think that's the problem with some folks they don't understand that other folks are just like you nice and decent, so I prefer to see how people are in Milwaukee on your TH-cam Channel, I think your daughters are just so sweet but what else would they be you're their dad, okay I'm getting emotional anyway plow Away Ryan go to work Kitty and adios from the West Coast Merry Christmas.
Where getting ready for the snow in Tennessee, glad it’s not anything like what y’all get 😂. Just went and picked up a pallet of salt 👍🏻 not looking forward to it, but some body’s gotta do it
You'll get the new salter and the snow is gonna slow waaaaay down lol But loving the content! Glad to see more uploads between this channel and the main!
Good to see you having some family time with your daughters. I had to laugh on other video when you said you had to “pass a message to someone trying to date Autumn “ 😂 I don’t think that’s the only one you will come across. You have a beautiful family there Ryan. Good Wishes from U.K.👍🏻🇬🇧
Glad you moved the skid loaders around. Your Bobcats all need paint jobs. Hopefully you will get enough slack to get that done. The winter shop will be great IF you have time to use it. Maybe Eric would like to learn how to paint equipment.
Ryan, have you ever thought about building a weight plate for your skid steers just for loading and unloading?? The sell the quick attach plates and you could weld a nice heavy plate to it and it wouldn't stick out very far?? Just a thought....love the channels!!
A cpl guys at my work were always rolling the track/wheel bob (skid steers) on to the back doors when pulling on the trailers with no front attachments. I suggested backing on and driving off and just spinning it around once ur leveled out. Now no one is allowed to drive one on without the bucket, only back it on and spin it around once it’s up there. Even with the rough cut wood deck it doesn’t tear it up at all. Hope that made sense lol
So that Nate's is a HUGE operation. Looks like they have at least 100 of those Cat skid steers and 100 of those little boss sanders. They have a ton of equipment. They actually use Schmitz concrete trucks to fill the little sander boxes with salt. Pretty crazy. Check out their operation.
concrete trucks for salt bins is a sweet idea. regular truck mounted salters can fill bins but you have to be a good driver to back right up to a bin. having a chute of sorts would eliminate mess and is efficient filling, lot simpler.
Mike seems like a nice person. He's doing a lot of things right. Working on his own, working for Ryan on the side, asking questions, taking advice from Ryan. Why don’t you do a mixture of salt and sand to save money? Up in northern Ontairo Canada we use like 2 bags of salt per 1 loader bucket of sand.
*Maybe because the salt dissolves over time while the sand will remain behind and may clog drains, generally make a mess and need to be cleaned up.*

You'll get the new salter and the snow is gonna slow waaaaay down lol But loving the content! Glad to see more uploads between this channel and the main!
Wisconsin and Michigan are getting a snow storm this week 1-2 feet
@@Limjayhe yeah but he said he wouldnt be getting the salter in the video until a week or 2 out.
I shovel snow in MN with a big plow group and I can tell you we have not gotten much sleep these past 2 weeks. Hoping the best for you and your crew!
Lol Daryll and his favorite answer, "I know." 😆 🤣
Hey now the 6.0 a great motor once it’s bulletproof, it runs forever I have over 500,000 on mine and pull with it every day.
Ryan, have you ever thought about building a weight plate for your skid steers just for loading and unloading?? The sell the quick attach plates and you could weld a nice heavy plate to it and it wouldn't stick out very far?? Just a thought....love the channels!!
I was thinking why doesn’t he just back the skid steer up the trailer?? That way you eliminate the wobble
Not gonna lie, I’m always checking for new videos. Keep them coming !!!!
Ryan I done the gritting for 12 years you have to empty after every use and hose out after every use salt is most corrosive thing
Just bought a western plow to add onto my power washing company for some winter work. No snow yet in PA. Doing my snow dance!
Loving these off season winter vlogs!!!
your videos are great Ryan! KEEP UP the GREAT WORK!!one of the best channels im subbed too
So that Nate's is a HUGE operation. Looks like they have at least 100 of those Cat skid steers and 100 of those little boss sanders. They have a ton of equipment. They actually use Schmitz concrete trucks to fill the little sander boxes with salt. Pretty crazy. Check out their operation.
You should get a victory stamp for the concrete work you do. It would look pretty slick and leaves your signature on all you jobs.
I’m so invested in your main channel and the 2nd channel that it almost dont matter what you do that its must see video’s.
concrete trucks for salt bins is a sweet idea. regular truck mounted salters can fill bins but you have to be a good driver to back right up to a bin. having a chute of sorts would eliminate mess and is efficient filling, lot simpler.
