I was in a finically and emotionally abusive relationship with my soon to be ex-husband. I sacrificed my career, my plans for where we would raise our son and how we would raise him to help him with his parents. I basically found myself living in a basement of the same house with him and his parents. I was mistreated, taken advantage of. I can’t even tell you how often my ex would say “I own you”. What I went through was horrible. I started another TH-cam channel focusing on a hobby that I had, it started to grow. Suddenly I had enough money for first and last mo this rent. I took my son and my dog and we left! 6 months after leaving him my income exploded! Like crazy amounts of money. My ex and his mom have been living in the house that I co-own with them for the past 3 years, no mortgage on the house, they have very little expenses and I’ve been paying a LOT in rent to keep a roof over my head and my sons head. My ex has made 4 child support payments in the past 3 years, refuses to buy me out of the house that I co-own with them (without that money I don’t have a downpayment to buy again) and he is asking for spousal support now. It’s the most disgusting behaviour ever and it has just so strongly solidified how horrible they are.
We are on the final ends of negotiating the divorce and I’m ready to financially cripple them through the courts if they don’t buy me out of the house and drop the spousal support.

Will find it extremely painful to be in their midst.
