Pile 3 I definently feel emotions, I'm just private and dont show it to people I have no relationship with. I have strong boundaries as I've been through so much in life if I couldnt transmute my pain I wouldn't have survived. I did so much for this person and all I ever gave him was love and kindness and he repaid me with hate. Pile 2- I love my job. It’s an older guy that’s a co-worker. He’s nice but he definitely overstepped his boundaries by jokingly hitting on me. He got in trouble big time. We have a small group of pool cleaners and this guy decided to say some weird shit. They didn’t want me to quit because I am a hard worker. So I’m just thankful. That guy is sus.
Edit: right when you said I handled it with grace I was gonna edit that exact phrase 💀 that’s so cool. Also my boss was very sad and angry about it. Literally if you can put a definition to the best boss, it would be the one I have.
Pile 2: My coworker! Before I got there, he kept setting up other employees for failure, bullied them out and wouldn't train them on certain tasks so he can be indispensable. I come in and have none of that. I learned everything, started teaching my other coworkers. He's so angry because now his hours are getting cut because he refuses to work. Trying to get others to follow and it didn't work. Now, I'm getting promoted over him.
