This is the BEST example of a great Thailand video. Honestly, there's so many Thailand vlogs out there that I can't watch them anymore. They're all the same after while. Your videos are the exception to the rule. I love all the pertinent information you included. Your information and stories helped give relevance to what I was seeing. Also video clips of panned attractions and artifacts were perfect - long enough to really see each item or attraction, but not so long that it got boring.
Keep up this style of vlog and you'll beat Flying the Nest to 1 million subs after all (especially after you leave Thailand). LOL.
PS = been following you regularly since your Norway vlogs.

Thanks for taking us along on your temple tour. I enjoyed this video so much! Thailand is top on my list of places i NEED to visit 😁, and when I go I would love to do a temple tour like this. I love the idea of going around with a local guide, so convenient, and they would know exactly where to take you, and can tell you so many interesting things about Thailand!
I have watched so many of your videos, and this was one of my very favorites! The subject was of high interest to me, and the beautiful filming, editing and music flowed together so wonderfully 😊

Wat Arun was built during Ayuthaya era, at that time Bangkok was just a port city. Golden mount was built from soil that was dug up when they were building canals.

The temples in both 25 and 50 Satang coins are not in Bangkok. On the 25 Satang are the famous stupas of Wat Maha That in Nakorn Si Thamrarat province. On the 50 Satang shows Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a very famous temple in Chiang Mai.

Hello Friends! I know so many folks that live for their annual trips to Thailand. Oh yeah! I have a friend that use to "import" Thai gold coins and temple tokens, also in gold. He has passed now and that caused me to lose interest in acquiring Thai gold. But he has been gone now about (2) years and I am starting to "jones" for some Thai gold. Any ideas of how to acquire small, limited size and quantity gold without paying the typical "US" greed fees? Look at Thai 23 carat gold makes our US gold look pathetic. Thanks for any ideas you may have. Walter
