Aranya udhyan located in gandhinagar ( Palaj Basan road ) is an awesome place for 1 day picnic
The park is managed by Gir Foundation.
The park remains close on Monday .
The place is full with greenary and has a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
One can see beautiful birds in the lake. Deers and Nilgaes are also found roaming in their natural habitat. The aranya udhyan has a butterfly park with many beautiful butterflies.
It is one of the best place to visit near gandhinagar
