Warning! The Video does not show the two hidden screws under the upper rupper feets… there are screws underneath too!!
Thank you very much for this video! Helped me feel more confident taking apart a laptop I needed to replace a broken keyboard on.
Or for mortals attempting this for the first time expect to fill two sheets of A4 with labelled, taped down screws and to lose six hours over two days. The screws by the hinges can snap off the plastic mount, and the twenty tiny washers on the keyboard back panel will never be replaced. The second most awful laptop repair I have ever assisted with.
Yes, facing one of these myself. It is frustrating why replacing the second most commonly damaged part of a laptop (after the screen) is so laborious.

Did you just Replace the whole frame that the keyboard sits in? Is it possible just to replace the keyboard itself without replacing the whole thing?
it is possible but if you look close enough the keyboard is riveted in that is why he bought whole keyboard assembly and upper frame.

Tenés razón, pero si te fijás el teclado está remachado al marco y con eso me parece bien difícil cambiar esa pieza.

Its because the keyboard is rivited in, someone already said that
All of the guts are screwed into the motherboard, so removal means transferring all the internals over to the replacement.
You did not replace the keyboard you just disassembled the motherboard and other parts
thing is: you have to disassemble everything from the old keyboard onto the new one!
