The things i noticed about him as per this interview are, he loves music,but, he's not serious about some aspects of the industry. He still has a lackadaisical attitude towards music. But, with time, he'll see things better and will understand and blend because he as no choice but to tune in and do what others are doing. He can't do without those stuffs in music.
