Mam,wanna ask..what symptoms can pt have if npc compress the ascending palatine artery?

more than compression ,it is erosion of blood vessels in NPC,causes sudden haemorrhage or continous bleeding in the nasopharyngeal area, though rare in isolated ascending palatine cases

For UG, This lectures are enough as it contains minimum needed for UG. For practicals you can refer, ENT Practicals made easy" by Jaypee brothers medical publications. UG text books prescribed by universities are by Dhingra and by Mohan Bhansal text on ENT
