The pond looks really good, Brian. In fact, you've got a LOT of cleanup/organization done on the homestead there, in lots of places. I remember the pond with all the neglect and over-growth around the edges when you started. That dye and silt control keeps the algae from blooming everywhere, and the fish seem un-affected, too. People looking to get "off the grid", and homesteading, have no idea how much work it is to keep it clear and functional. When they find out, a LOT of them head back to suburbia to kick back and give up the work.
question about your summit tractor i got one in may and i have 8 hr. on it and the road in ft of my home has a 4% grade and this tractor will not pull it in high range it just runs out of power does yours do that my rk19 doesn't have any problems like that any sujestion would be appreciated
I only really go in high gear when I’m on level ground zipping around the property. I got a decent little hill behind my pond but I always put it in low gear when going up it. Low gear gives you more power. Don’t know if putting it in 4WD would help or not….
