A short hike was probably the best 3 hours i spent on a video game i can remember. The way collecting feathers expanded your movement felt great, and made getting feathers feel amazing, and had me exploring all over the island and talking to all the npcs to get every last feather i could.
Wow I klicked on the video and when you said that you only got under 100 views on your last video, I looked hoch much substricers you had... This video was so well done I thought you had way more Subsribers. You deserve more. Great Game recommendations.
I've played gator game and a short hike both all the way thru. if you want to do a sequel to this video here's some recommendations of my own(these are all indie games i like): *Smushi come home* (cute but challenging platformer - 100% in 4.5 hours) *Seal World* (cute dumb 2000s-2010s humor but such a cheap fun platformer- 1 hour) *TOEM* ( photo puzzle game thats wholesome and fun - longer at 6 hours) *Penko Park* (think of pokemon snap but horror/cute??? themed - 5 hours but probably 8 hours for 100% achievements) *Alba: a wildlife adventure* (play as a cute girl taking photos of wildlife and solving puzzles, has a thrilling ending - 3 hours) *CHICORY:A Colorful Tale* (cool painting mechanics to do combat and puzzle solving, fun npcs and quest, mental health themes on burnout - longest at 14 hours)
I'm currently in the middle of Viewfinder and I think you described it pretty well. There are a great amount of satisfying puzzles and I love the aesthetics and vibes. I've been thinking about getting a short hike before but now I think I have too.

I go back often due to the short length and immaculate vibes. Probably my favorite game on the list from that perspective.

A Short Hike is a brilliant game! I would recommend it to anybody especially because it costs less than a hamburger lol.
I too enjoyed A Short Hike 😊
BTW, you didnt mark RE4 on your top 100 when you covered it
