***** Brett Guerewitz is one of the main song writers & still writes for the band when not touring. So they actually don't need him live. But Brooks is miles above the rest of the drummers BR has had so imo this is not the best lineup.
I LOVED Bobby Schayer on the skins as well! He was a POWERHOUSE, one of those drummers I can immediately identify by just hearing him... He was the PERFECT fit for Bad Religion, a pity he had to part company with them.. A nice guy too by all accounts... Davey..

Perfect performance of what for me is their best song: Generator. And watching this I realize how much I miss Bobby.
That's what makes him stand out from all the other drummer the band has had. The bouncy feel of his kickdrum is Bad Religion and the bass player locks in perfect as well. Just listen to 'Better of Dead' and you feel what I mean ❤
First time I'm watching this video is now...and I agree with you...that's some of the best singing I've ever seen him do. Also...1997 was the year I first saw them live...I'm from Brazil and they played a festival here. Since then I've seen them a bunch of times. Always great!!!
It's absolutely in the top five. Just a shame they didn't do 21st Century Digital Boy. I'd also say their Gorge Amphitheatre show (2002) is somewhere in the top ten. Search it if you haven't seen it; it's an absolute explosion of unfettered energy.
You can kinda see Bobby doesn't have a full range of motion in his shoulder, he's holding it in pretty tight. Brooks was rad, but damn shame about Bobby.
Jay Bentley is a genius bass player.. Highlights for me are his bassline on "You".. He does this meandering bass run throughout the second verse; "There's a place where everyone can be right..." He does the same kind of "meandering" bass line in the second verse of "Kyoto Now!" off "The Process of Belief" from 2002, it's even more noticeable on this song, due to the way the album was mixed.. Listen for what I mean in the second verse, where Greg Graffin sings; "You might not think it matters now, but what if you are wrong?".. Ultimate respect to ya, from Davey, bass player and HUGE Bad Religion fan for the last 20+ years, from IRELAND! :)
Love Bobby's drumming
He has such great feel. Very musical. Not so keen on Jamie Miller after listening to this show.
Yeahh me too
You can see and hear how much Bobby loved to play the drums ❤️
Dude is a legend as far as I'm concerned
That moment when you hear a Bad Religion song you know yet haven't heard in years & all of a sudden it has a brilliant & brand new meaning.
That always happens to me.
This and the fact that my favorite Bad Religion song changes everytime I see them live.
Best lineup of Bad Religion in my opinion. Greg Graffin, Brian Baker, Greg Hetson, Jay Bentley, and Bobby Schayer!

***** their energy sucks with Brett in there, and Brooks is way better on drums.
Merkin678 wrote my comment before I read yours haha. Couldn't agree more about Brooks.
+YTPNoob Bobby Schayer best drummer ever

old BR shows are so cool, so many songs they play here they havent played live in years.
They use to play older BR candy when they play in smaller venues. So try to catch one of those when they are near you =)
They re not playing Berlin this year :(
Dream of Unity is such a beautiful song. Glad I heard a live version. :)
Bobby is so thrilled here. nice guy. Great bobby
people, I apologize that I don't know English. I from Russia. I adore, and very much I love very much okhuyenny (cool) group Bad Religion.
+PaVeL KiPaRiS no need to apologize my friend
28:16 GENERATOR! Always love the "festival version" they do... (as Greg G calls it) AWESOME!
12:47 .. Awesome version of "Change of Ideas".. So fast! Right from the start, with the triple kick on the bass drum by Bobby, love it! :)

"Oh, by the way, this is my side job. I'm actually a Cornell professor."
Greg never fail. Just same voice in festival n record
Sem dúvidas este é o melhor show s as o vivo do Bad Religion!!! Foda!!
This show features Gregs best singing performance in my opinion. He sounds great throughout.
1997 was their peak in all meanings
@@alcidesrenofionetoI don’t agree with that because they began putting out a few bad albums
Part III!!!
Part III is sick in this one!
Ha ha Bobby was like ! Ok, enough fun. Gimme back my drum sticks!
Loving this on my iPad when I run on the treadmill. Thanks for uploading.
La mejor formacion de Bad Religion...
Loved the solo for Faith Alone
I love Bobby Schayer 🙏🏽☮️❤️
Banda é igual futebol, essa formação é foda°!
Evan Seinfeld, from Biohazard e from the HBO series OZ.
Best era/line up of Bad Religion.
VOLVE BOBBY. NUNCA DEBISTE IRTE😢❤
Love Hetsons backing vocals at the end of American Jesus
I think its jay Bentley doing the weird singing
I like the it's style it's to deliver a specific word in a scientisfic science punk rock way !
Hell yeah
9:25 Sham 69 reference
LOL Hetson's back vocals at the end of American Jesus
You can kinda see Bobby doesn't have a full range of motion in his shoulder, he's holding it in pretty tight. Brooks was rad, but damn shame about Bobby.
Greg looks like he aged 10 years between 1994 and 1997.
well he had his marriage during those years so that would happen to him yeah
My band only has one guitarist, so we start Along the Way with just bass drums and vocals haha.
11:48 OUT OF TUNE!
so?
dont you worry about it bobby! hehe
the base player is platinum..

Wait, who was that singing with them in We're Only Gonnna Die?
Evan from biohazard, danny on drums, also biohazard.
Why is Adam Sandler drumming on We're only gonna die?
Não
Maybe Green Day and Bad Religion used to be friends when they toured together. No Green Day think thay are The Beatles.
is adam Sandler on guitar??
Não
Jebus how cold was it there that day?
