我最近发现了一家相当新而且不容易找到的餐厅，简直是个宝藏。它位于靠近河边的位置，可以坐市区渡轮或者开车过来，因为底下有很多停车位。
这里的菜品有西式风味，比如牛排、奶油浓汤和意大利面。同时也提供东方美食，比如粥和越南炸鸡。其中，奶油鸡肉汤不仅口感丰富，而且带有浓郁的鸡肉风味。蛤蜊奶油浓汤充满蛤蜊的鲜美和奶油的滑爽。
越南炸鸡是必试之物，外皮酥脆，内里多汁。我们点的五分熟肋眼牛排，我挑剔的丈夫平时只夸过50美元以上的牛排，居然说这个非常好吃。
别忘了尝试粥，如果你喜欢粤式粥，99%的机会你也会喜欢这家的。海南鸡饭很不错，米饭香气四溢，鸡肉丝滑，稍微凉一点，使整个用餐体验更独特。一定要将姜蓉酱倒在鸡肉上，辣椒酱虽然不是传统风格，但搭配米饭尝起来非常美味。
还有意大利面，虽然不是我通常点的食物，但是每周四晚上都是我儿子的最爱，他认为这是从意大利做过来的。哈哈 😊
这真是一个美食价廉物美、风景宜人的好地方。
当我走进这家餐厅时，我才发现这里的厨师是一位老朋友。他拥有超过 55 年的厨师经验。这个地方真是一个难得的发现。
I recently discovered a rather new and not easily found restaurant, it's like a hidden gem. It's located near the river, accessible by downtown ferries or by car, as there are plenty of parking spaces underneath.
The cuisine here has Western flavors, such as steak, creamy soups, and pasta. It also offers Eastern delicacies like congee and Vietnamese fried chicken. Among them, the creamy chicken soup is not only rich in taste but also carries a strong chicken flavor. The clam chowder is full of the deliciousness of clams and the smoothness of cream.
The Vietnamese fried chicken is a must-try, with crispy skin and juicy meat. We ordered the medium rare ribeye steak, and my usually picky husband, who usually only compliments steaks over $50, surprisingly said this one is very delicious.
Don't forget to try the congee; if you like Cantonese-style congee, there's a 99% chance you'll like this one too. The Hainan chicken rice is very good, with fragrant rice and silky chicken, slightly cooler, making the whole dining experience more unique. Be sure to pour the ginger sauce over the chicken; although chili sauce is not traditional, it tastes very delicious with rice.
There's also pasta, although it's not something I usually order, but every Thursday night, it's my son's favorite. He thinks it's made from Italy. Haha 😊
This is truly a great place for delicious and affordable food, with pleasant surroundings. When I walked into this restaurant, I discovered that the chef here is an old friend. He has over 55 years of cooking experience. This place is truly a rare find.
