    Just now found out that Bacchus and Barleycorn sell your kits. They are right up the road from me, and the only shop I go to. Can't wait to try some of them out. Thanks!

    Hi just wondering if you think this recipe will work without the sugar addition. I make 10 gallon batches so try to keep abv around 5% so they are enjoyably without getting too tipsy. Love your recipes and approach. Thanks

      It will still make a great beer. Might try the trappist single recipe for lower gravity and same proile .

    Which aromatic malt are you using? Can Weyermann MELANOIDIN be substituted? If not, what would be best substitute? Can't get my hands on it.

    Are you using a logistic regression for the presence/absence graphs of different yeast over time? I think a normal linear correlation wouldn't be appropriate there

      Yes i got that comment before to use logscale on some of these. I tried them and I didn't see a huge difference. I think what's important is which way it's trending and not so much what value it's trending to.
