Hi just wondering if you think this recipe will work without the sugar addition. I make 10 gallon batches so try to keep abv around 5% so they are enjoyably without getting too tipsy. Love your recipes and approach. Thanks
Are you using a logistic regression for the presence/absence graphs of different yeast over time? I think a normal linear correlation wouldn't be appropriate there
Yes i got that comment before to use logscale on some of these. I tried them and I didn't see a huge difference. I think what's important is which way it's trending and not so much what value it's trending to.

It will still make a great beer. Might try the trappist single recipe for lower gravity and same proile .
