The hardest part about your challenge is getting masteries and leveling up champions in that time frame I think. That said, Sepulcher Sentinel and Klodd are really good for clan boss. Together they should make a 2 key brutal possible, but it just takes time to farm the gear, levels, and masteries...
Yeah, doing the math on it was like "ooof". What do you think about shifting time frame to 60 days? I'm not sure if that's -too easy- except that 30 days is not looking likely 🙃
