- This is a Very Rare car Not only is this 1995 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight Royale LSS a 62,000 Original mile car it is a 1 Owner car and has been taken care of like no other. I absolutly LOVE driving this car and dont even really ant to sell it. Its comfy its Fast and its Cheap on gas I LOVE IT If you are looking for this style and motor in a LSS YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER ONE!!! This is it!!! The Eighty-Eight's front and rear were restyled for 1996 to bear more resemblance to the flagship Aurora.
In the 1996 model year, GM renamed the model from Eighty Eight Royale to three models -- Eighty Eight, LSS (A "Luxury Sports Sedan" targeted to male European car buyers, available with a supercharged V6 and a floor mounted gear shifter). It is important to note, however, early LSS models (1995) were rarely equipped with the 3800 Supercharged engine. The LSS was an originally a trim level package on the 88 starting in 1992. In 1996 the LSS received Aurora-inspired seats. 1996 was the final year that the original-style rocket (in black and silver) appeared on a hood emblem. 1997 would welcome the new Oldsmobile logo.
After the demise of the Ninety-Eight in 1996, Oldsmobile created the Regency for 1997-1998, which used the same front fenders and chrome grille as the Ninety-Eight sedan but kept the standard Eighty-Eight body. The Regency featured a long list of standard features including traction control, leather upholstery, dual 8-way power seats with a driver's side memory function, a dual-zone automatic climate control system, and an electronic level control for the rear suspension. A standard driver's side Electrochromic outside mirror was standard on the Regency, a novel feature for it's time. The interior day/night auto-dimming mirror was linked to the outside mirror and dimmed both with the same intensity at the same time. Some of these options, like the 2-driver memory feature, were not available on the Eighty-Eight Royale or LSS.
All four vehicles used the same 110.8 in (2,810 mm) wheelbase and shared an updated version of the H-body. The suspension tuning, interior appointments, and certain exterior trim was used to differentiate the three models.

I have an Oldsmobile 88 Royale 1995. 1 owner. 40k miles. It’s been sitting in a garage in 10 years and I got it from this old lady for free as my first car. Beat that.

A neighbor lady down the street from me passed and I saw her son moving stuff out of the house. I saw the car 1994 Olds LSS 88 Supercharged. I gave him an offer of 2K. He took it. 67K miles. Perfect Grandma Car. The engine is smooth. Leather is great. Unframed is tight. I found a deal from heaven. Put in a cone filter, iridium plugs, new Lucas oil, Ultima racing battery, Eibach rear swaybar. This car hauls ass. Solid. Power everything works great. 😅😅😅😅
I just brought a Red 1995 Oldsmobile Royale Base back on 4/3/20 1 owner with 89,000 actual miles clean with no rust or dents i got the NA 3800 Series V-6 I get 20-25 city 35 highway and ice cold A/C paid 1702 taxes and license was included. Mine has no paint peel either.
You do find the cleanest Oldsmobiles ever. I'm a fan

Just bought a 1995 Oldsmobile Regency elite 98 from craigslist. I like it a lot. I really would like to get it a paint job and some nice rims. These cars are nice I'm glad I was able to get one. Hopefully I can restore it a bit.

I have a 95 olds 88 LSS and its bar far one of the best cars I'll ever own. Very zippy and very comfy... what more could you ask for? Also its funny when people on the highway are gearing up to cut me off and I let loose the 3.8... they never see it coming.
I know the feeling, they do the same with me in my 87 GNX on the highway, then let that 3800 rip and BYEEEEEEEEEE!!!! And the look on their faces is priceless.
They were good cars but they rusted out easily and terrible like Chryslers do.
Mine is supercharged and it hauled ass on the freeway...just rusted out in MN winters before it's time. Only had 120,000 miles on it. Best, most reliable, dependable, low cost and most comfortable car that I ever had.

These GM 3800 cars are the best . I currently have a 2001 Buick Park Avenue and I used to have a 98 Buick LeSabre . I'll take these cars over any of the new cars on the road today .
Yup and the sad part is nowadays these rare antiques are getting very hard to find most of them been crushed like cans left and right

My parents owned two olds 88s haha. They were amazing cars. One was a 1995 Oldsmobile 88 and a 1998 Oldsmobile 88 Royale! They were a couple of great cars. Neither of them were supercharged though

Here in Pennsylvania, I just bought a one owner, 79,000 miles, Olds 88. It's a 1998 with some power options, but just Oldsmoblie 88 on the trunk lid. No LSS or Royale. Very clean. Garaged it's entire life. Dark navy blue/light blue cloth interior. Like riding a couch, that is until you step on the gas. That car runs! Great deals are out there. Be ever vigilant and you'll get one, too.
My wife loves the large ashtray in the dash, she still has her, it was her first car, and probably will never sell it. She drives it occasionally. Only bad thing is she has smoked in it since she got it back in 1996 so the interior has a stale smoke odor, and everything has that sticky brown film on it from years of heavy smoking.

WOW!! I have a 1994 LSS(non suercharged) same exterior color but maroon interior and sunroof I looking for a same year Buick Ultra so I can get the SC heads, LIM and alternator bracket to switch it up. But as for now its a torque monster with 30mpg on the highway.. Im a little jealous...

Mine lss is exactly identical! Even the crack on the driver side arm rest! But mine isn't supercharged :(

GM Division has always fields an impessive sedans i.e. 1988 to 1991 Pontiac Bonneville SSE. 1992 to 1999 Oldsmobile 88 LSS LS Anniversary 2000 to 2005 Chevrolet Impala LS or SS 2000 to 2008 Buick Lesabre 2008 Lucerne All powered by The 3800 V6 Engine.
I owned a 1992 Olds 88 Royale LS 1999 Olds 88 Anniversary 205 Hp and a 2004 Chevrolet Impala LS 240 Hp. Power And Performance blended in these sedans them sleeper cars.

These are what put GM and Oldsmobile under. Not opinion but fact.
I kind of like these cars, but the V8 RWD vehicles were better in my opinion.
