yeah smacking yourself into the planets becomes silly as you go. There is soooooooo much to unlock.
I've started to reach the point I can take out large chunks quickly but I do hope to see whole planets go in a single shot :D

Every time Drae says "just" instead of "gist," a little part of me dies
Also "sili-cone" instead of "sili-con". One is rubbery, the other is hard. Though the first is made with the second.

Suffice to say is that, while the beginning is initially slow, if you spend a couple hours, you can very quickly start ramping up stuff and reach the end within a day almost.
This is absolutely one of those games that I’d never buy myself except on mobile but that I love to watch someone like Drae play.

Imagine if instead of the tech tree just being one large same-sizey image, the later upgrades got bigger and bigger as you zoomed out, like a Scale of the Universe type thing going on. So the starting upgrades would be how they are, then the next tier is like 2-3x larger, then the next tier is 2-3x larger than that, and you can do a satisfying zoom out at the end.
That would be amazing I wish indie devs would think of these small things that make a huge differance more often!

Reminds me of Nimbatus with the planet eating. No logic-ship building and fighting though.
Wow amazing timing, I got and beat this game yesterday, it's absolutely great, Im so glad it's getting attention.
For anyone who is even slightly interested in the game, I recommend you get it instead of just watching videos of it because it's super satisfying to play, and not just visually, so just watching a video of it is missing out.

Can't wait for you to start spending the gems to upgrade the crafting, that's why steel is so rare. Once you spend some gems from the thousands you have you'll be making a few hundred and later thousands, instead of one at a time for the same resource cost.

remember to level up the laser, and focus missiles.
3 tips;
the laser does drain your fuel, but it stabilizes very low.
doing the challenges, if you break a core, prestige and restart loads the next prestige with the same challenges. i wouldn't recommend doing them all at once early game.
let the missiles and drones clear a path to the core, then use the grenades on it to avoid "damage/fuel loss".

I played for 7 hours straight. By the 4th hour, it took me about 20 minutes to Prestige my starter planet to level 50. This made me sooooo much money so fast. I had purchased the Sun before the 5th hour.

this is insanely satisfying, keep up the happiness Drae! (p.s, the laser upgrade makes you do only a third your normal damage if equipped)

Want to see more looks like there are challenges to destory a core of a world again for bonus damage and bonus resources. So going back to prestige 1 worlds is not a bad thing.
One, you died the first time because you hit a rock next to the core.
Two, K is 1000, M is 1000000, B is 1000000000, T is 1000000000000, and Q is1000000000000000.

Played it for 3 hours,already unlocked everything,set up my farms with spare planet cores,farmed sun/supernova/black hole and made it to prestige 87 on Home planet.
Why did I make it there so fast?Because the upgrades are insanely strong,you dont even need to do anything,just let your ship drop slowly with the back of it to the core and everything else is getting farmed by orbit lazers,drones,balls that rotate around you,cluster grendaes etc

You should play more of this game you gat strong really fast and to the end game you destroy planets core in matter of seconds with you evan realiseing it and amount call upgrades in this game is alot and i wish there is to the core2 more reformed more machaincs more of everything hmm know maybe give enough support to creater he will do it

Drae's pronunciation is how some populations (particularly in Canada) say it. It bugged me enough back in his early Mon Bazou days to go on an extensive etymology/pronunciation deep dive.
He's not saying it wrong, he's saying it different. It's just a regional thing.
@@Cory_Springer are you sure? Because people commonly mistake turn of phrases. The gist of things (gist being a weird word), taking things for granite instead of granted. I couldn't care less, not could. For all intents and purposes and not intensive purposes. People saying pawned off instead of palmed off to mean get rid of.
Just saying, it's not impossible. And the dialect difference shouldn't make ist sound like ust. They don't say frudge for fridge or sus for sis. Ows turn into ooos, or ohs. French being the secondary language influencing a lot of the accents, they have their jahs and jes.
Not saying you're wrong, just seems more likely that he just heard a spoken phrase wrong and says it the way he heard it like a lot of people. Took my entire younger childhood to go from granite to granted. It's not a bad thing.

Like I said I found most of the info I've read regarding it back in Drae's early Mon Bazou days, so it's been a long time. But I do know if you google search for "the just of it" (in quotations so google knows not to autocorrect spelling) the phrase is used in many articles and quotations, the vast majority of which are Canadian sources.
