According to the cosmological principle, the universe looks the same everywhere because space is isotropic and homogeneous, which means one direction in space is identical or equivalent to any other direction. If so, then when we measure a receding galaxy from us at any point in the universe, we might get the same result about the expansion of the universe as our milky way. If two observers measured the expansion of the universe at two separate points, what kind of results would they get? Does it cause discrepancies in measurement??

This could be an awesome research paper to dig deeper. My take here is the measurements will vary because of Eiestien space time curvature. I could be wrong as well. We need to write some formula for this to prove or disprove
