Ira Weisburd leads over 40 dances at the Oct 6, 2013 international folk dance party in Surrey, BC, Canada. The party topped off an amazing week of dance workshops in Burnaby, Surrey, Vancouver, and Abbotsford. Rumelaj is a Gypsy dance presented by Steve Kotansky in 1990.
